Ordered online. Brilliant service, arrived quickly and the products are perfect!

Had several pieces of furniture from here and always very pleased with the purchase and price. Delivery was efficient with a call day before to confirm. Delivery guys helpful (took away all packaging) and even put overshoes on their boots to protect my new carpets! Would highly recommend.

Helpful staff yet not pushy and had a bit of a giggle ..Fair range of choice .Very good after sales service .

I purchased a sleigh bed frame and mattress from the Sleep Shop and as ordering a couple of weeks before Christmas and being told there would be a 6 week order time, I hadn't expected it until the end of January. However I was really delighted to get it delivered in the 2nd week of January.
When choosing the sales people in the shop were very helpful in particular as the bed wasn't in store; but the got detailed measurements from the manufacturer for me.
I paid for the gold service, which is delivery, assembly and removal of packaging and old bed and the service is well worth the £11. The drivers / fitters were very obliging and careful.
All in all very happy with the service and the bed looks fabulous.

we brought a new divan bed and my husband tried the bed out and we looked around the shop on other beds but my husband was coming back too this bed so we brought it and it was a ortherpedic bed. the delivery was good and the guys put the bed together and took our old bed as well. we will be going back there if we need anything. the price was good for the money.

Purchased a double divan set and the lady that helped was lovely.

Try before you buy.
I originally bought a highly rated mattress on the internet with a trial and a 10 Year guarantee.
The mattress wasn't as expected and as most reviews suggested. Returning a large item like this is never easy especially as delivery / collections are mostly done during working hours.
I visited the huge sleep shop on the outskirts of Sleaford and pleased I did. Lots of mattresses to choose from and try, I will never buy blind again, mattresses are a personal choice.
The gentleman serving was excellent and was very helpful but not at all pushy. We chose our mattress and it was delivered in a time slot that suited us a couple of weeks later.
We have purchased from this shop in the past before and would in the future.
I would highly recommend the Sleep shop Sleaford.

When buying the bed the sales lady was very helpful. Delivery was within the quoted time and on the delivery day it was delivered promptly. The delivery men were very quick and efficient.

I bought an expensive Kingsize Sealy mattress 0n 06 August 2019 with a lead time of 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, it's now 14th September 2019 & they are saying they don't know how long it will take & have blamed Sealy saying it was a manufacturing problem. After speaking to Sealy who said there are no issues at their end, Sealy asked for the sellers name & advised there may be an issue with the retailer FGS FURNISHINGS LTD T/A BEDS247 & SLEEPSHOP & to contact them.
I paid several hundred pounds & I am getting fobbed off by the internet sales guy. I have been promised call backs that never happened & then a callback again to let me know what was happening (again no callback received). When i Phoned on 13th September 2019 around 4.30, I was fobbed off re manufacturing issues with Sealy, after speaking to Sealy who advised I contact the retailer as they do not have any production issues, I tried to call them back, but the sales guy would pick up the phone & constantly hang up, he only answered when i withheld my number.
Utterly disgraceful & downright dodgy as hell.
I really need to find out what is happening, as I would never guess they would want to operate a business in this manner, or are totally unaware how customers are being treated by the internet sales staff.

I have made several previous purchases and usually things have been fine. However my last purchase was a problem and extremely annoying, it revolves around the headboard. If you are buying an headboard Kingsize to fit into a recessed area then ask for the true size ! They are advertised as 5ft, mine arrived and was 5’-6” would not fit, good start and bloody annoying. The party line when I asked for an explanation was, we are aware of this issue. Odd inch ok but 6 inches is ridiculous, if they are aware why not be honest and point out this problem. They sold it as 5ft do not trust the dimensions.

Ordering was quick and simple. The goods were delivered within three days. The goods were exactly as ordered and well packed. The delivery team were friendly, efficient and took all the packaging away with them.

We brought a double divan bed from the sleep shop. We went with a Tencel Luxury 1000 Mattress. This mattress stats it’s made of the finest quality fabrics. The base and mattress seem to be of good quality. Everything arrived quickly and it was easy to assembly. In the first 3 months the mattress was rotated weekly then once a month. We noticed after 14 mouths the mattress started to sag on one side and soon after the other side started to sag.
I must admit I didn’t get to call the shop until the 2nd year, so in total we had the mattress for 24 months plus. The sleep shop contacted the supplier who said they would replace it if we pay £140 towards the new mattress. The mattress had a 5 year warranty- for total piece of mind. I guess I should of read the terms and conditions, but really who does!
We decided not to go ahead with paying out more money on a mattress that can’t last for 2 year. This is the first mattress we’ve had and it hasn’t lasted. Personal if you do buy from the sleep shop maybe spend you hard earned cash on a known brand mattress and check the terms and conditions so you’ll not be out of pocket

Rang the store before placing my order to ensure I would get next day delivery on the mattress I was going to order from the website. I placed my order and in the comments wrote the days I could have the mattress delivered and preferably a AM or PM appointment. I did not get a phone call to arrange delivery just an email but it said AM appointment. I got a call from the delivery company on the day half an hour before he was going to arrive and numerous messages the night before and on the day. They even carried the mattress upstairs for me. All in all I’m very impressed with the company for delivering a mattress next day. The mattress is excellent quality (Silentnight) just as described well packaged and the delivery staff ensured that I was happy with the condition before they left. Hussain the delivery driver was very professional.

If I was reviewing the Sleep shop and its staff I would give 5 stars as they were excellent. Unfortunately they were let down by the delivery company Panther. The first delivery was missing a mattress, the second delivery was cancelled 10 minutes before the delivery slot expired. Interestingly on the Panther tracker programme it said "Delivery attempt failed " The missing mattress was eventually delivered within the time slot on Monday 15 October. A special mention to Janet who kept me advised throughout and I am sure she was the one who ensured it was 3rd time lucky.

I have found this company very pleasant to deal with, always friendly and very helpful. They have a wonderful range of beds and furniture on show and they service they give, especially with their delivery service, is second to none. All in all well worth the star rating I have given them.

Excellent service both in store (Sleaford) and delivery (Grantham). We had a delay on buying our house and they were happy to hold the bed and mattress for as long as we needed, very good service over the phone too, delivery guys were fantastic, highly recommended

I would not hesitate to recommend The Sleep Shop. Excellent service, easy to order, help delivery team and some of the best prices around. I thoroughly researched the mattress I bought and I could not find it cheaper elsewhere. Even a similar brand could not match it for price. I am absolutely pleased with the mattress and the service.

Pros - excellent delivery team on appointed date at appointed time about two weeks after purchase and huge stock.

Cons - however no trial period. I stupidly purchased the above bed based on the description medium soft and deeper sleep. This bed is to replace an old sagging John Lewis bed which I regret getting rid of as I was still sleeping well on it. The Sealy bed is very inaccurately described. It is a bed which is as hard as nails in the spring area and un-supportive in the topping material. This bed has actually given me sciatica (I have suffered in past, but it came back as soon as slept on this bed and I feel my lower back spasm as I lie down). I am now only sleeping 5 hours a night, so I am tired, with a sore back and miserable. My other half agrees the bed is awful, so this is not just me. We are regular 50-plus year olds, healthy, fit and active but could lose about a stone to two stone each. I did try to help the situation by getting a memory foam pillow yesterday. This helps while awake but chucking the heavy pillow around in my sleep knocked the glass of water off the bedside table. So I am not at all happy with the overall experience as the Sleep Shop offer no trial period. When I contacted them about a solution the answer was regretfully nothing. I therefore went out and tested beds yesterday and a Flaxby Dreams bed seems the best - at a genuine medium tension, but I am not rushing into it - but will probably change the bed in a few weeks. so this has been an expensive and disappointing mistake with a month of pain and sleep deprivation ahead until I decide what is best.
