They have an annoying staff member at the Birmingham branch with a tied back pony tail hair with glasses who's always lurking around the men's formal shirts section. I told him i knew what i was looking for and he kept trying to push me to buy something i didnt want. Had to tell him three times i was not interested in his advice. Needs to learn to take a hint totally annoyed me from wanting to buy anything. Guy needs to be fired! absolutely clueless get a hint when someone doesn't want your silly car salesmen approach!

The waistcoat was great unfortunately the size was not correct, (My fault). I returned the item, was reimbursed without a quibble. I then ordered the correct size and I am very happy with the fit and quality!
