Just what I needed

Went into the Newcastle branch, looking for a jacket. I was really impressed by the wide selection on offer. I ended up with a suit, shirt & braces, the lady was a great help in assisting me with her experience. The trousers were slightly too long, she sorted out the adjustment required. A week later ready to collect and a great fit. Well done to the lady for her patience with me.

On ordering my suit online I found due to training I had lost weight. I contacted nearest store, in Chelmsford; They explained that if I came to them they would arrange an exchange. Having done so there still alterations that were required. I stated that I needed the suit for my son’s wedding in the next 7 days. They managed to complete this and get the suit to me on time. Would definitely recommend others to use this company.

Extremely good customer service. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful and found me the exact suit in terms of size, colour and price quickly. In and out for a new suit in 20 minutes with a suit of a higher quality than I imagined for the price. I've also bought a shirt from them - perfect fit and size which matches the suit.

Quick delivery of a well made shirt wanted for my daughters wedding. Although I didn't keep the shirt, it was only because the pattern in the weave was not to my liking but would recommend buying from the company anyway.

I have visited today your bolton store. Your staff member an old asian guy, he does not know how to speak to customer.
Secondary he has no right to comment on someone appearance. I did not enjoy my visit today, for that reason i did not buy anything. I dont think i will be visit your bolton store again.

We had amazing service from Slaters, turning up two days before our son required a suit, they had a huge array of suits, advised on what would fit well, were patient as he tried on different fits and designs and when his jacket was slightly too big adjusted it overnight for collection the next day. we really couldn't have asked for more.
