Del is a king! came in for a tux but no idea what style/fit. Del smashed it, literally sized me up from looking at me and helped me with a style of tux. Really knows how to talk and treat to people. could not recommend more. Will be going back

First class shop
This is the second suit I have bought from Slaters, and I will probably buy more.
They have a great range of high quality clothes and their prices are competitive.
The customer service is second to none, willing to go the extra mile to help.

Please accept our apologies for the issues experienced with the delivery of your order.
As discussed previously your order was dispatched however DPD were not able to find your address. As they were not able to find your address, they returned your order to sender as per the standard process. Usually we would try and add something to help the delivery driver, such as what3words, however when the address details were entered into the what3words website, the address came up invalid. Due to this your order was processed as a return and the amount was refunded back to your original payment method.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Our suits are sold as a set with a standard six in drop from chest to waist. Offering our suits with this configuration makes the suits cheaper to produce, which means we can pass those savings onto our customers, and it also helps ensure less waste makes it to the landfill in the long run.
We also offer a free alteration service in all of our stores, which can adjust the length and waist size of the suit to help achieve the perfect fit. As a guide the suit can be adjusted 2-3 inches, however we always recommend checking with our alteration staff as this can differ depending on the suit. All we ask is that you bring the full suit into your local store, with tags attached and in the condition as sold, for alterations to go ahead.

I don't know about their other shops
I don't know about their other shops, but the staff in their Glasgow and Stirling stores are only interested in sales targets. They don't measure you properly, rush through the whole experience, get the sale done and move on to the next victim; sorry I mean customer. You end up with a badly fitting suit and the sales assistant ends up with a fat pay check!
