I came in yesterday for a suit for my sister in laws wedding, with nothing in mind and was straight away greeted by James at Slaters York. Very kind and welcoming and helped me through not having a clue of what colour I wanted ended up picking out various suits and even leaving without anything. I then came in today and my misses brought her dress with her so we could see what colour suit would match and straight away James came to see us and we told him the new idea and he helped us straight away in matching the idea. Purchased a lovely 3 piece brown suit and more than happy with the service given by James, genuine sound bloke, can’t fault anything, would definitely recommend.

The level of service provided was truly outstanding. I would particularly like to highlight Lucas and the rest of the team for their exceptional salesmanship and meticulous attention to detail throughout. Every aspect of the process—including the postal handling and after-sales support—was handled with complete care and professionalism.
If you will pardon the pun, the entire experience was completely seamless.
Thank you again to Lucas and the Bristol team for going above and beyond. I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I can confirm that the postage has only been charged once at the time the order was placed.
We may not always have all the items in your order at our warehouse, however, we will always endeavour to fulfil your complete order, searching all of our 27 store locations until we find your items.
This may mean that you receive multiple parcels for one order. We will never charge you any additional postage.
The invoice in each parcel will show the item included, and the postage charge, so that the team picking/packing the order know which service it's to be sent on.
