Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and leave a review.
I am sorry to hear that you find the prices displayed on our platform expensive.
To provide some context, Skyscanner does not set or control the prices. Instead, we receive this data directly from the travel providers and display this on their behalf.
We are aware that some prices can be high, which is why we have features to help our users find the best possible options, including the lowest fares. For example, on our results page, you can sort the results by price to see the lowest price first. We also have features such as price alerts or flexible dates that allow you to track prices or compare prices across different months to find the most suitable option and price.
If you have experienced an issue with a price or have any further questions, please contact our support team using the link below with further details. Our team will be able to look into this further and help you as best as they can.

I hope this helps clarify the prices shown and some of the available features on Skyscanner.
Thank you once again for your time and review.
Kind regards,
Tegan

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
The prices shown on Skyscanner are provided by airlines, travel agents, and other travel providers. These companies set their own fares, which can change frequently based on availability, demand, and booking conditions.
Skyscanner does not set ticket prices, but we work to display the latest fares available from the travel partners. If you've noticed a specific route or fare that seems unusually high, we'd be happy to take a closer look.
You can send us the departure and arrival airports, travel dates, and any additional details through our support form below:

Booking flighs with ease
I like the filters that helped me narrow down the flight options and pick the timings that suite me. In terms of fares, taxes, fare rules, baggage allowance, etc. the information was clear and helpful to make informed decision and pick the airline, flight and fare that fit my preferences.
My entire experience from the search to receiving the receipt and confirmation email was smooth and easy to navigate.
Thank you!

So funktioniert Trustpilot
