Excellent customer service from Skyscanner!
After booking through Skyscanner with GoToGate, I received payment confirmation but not my e-ticket, which was concerning.
I contacted Skyscanner, and Neil from the Support Team handled my case exceptionally well. He requested the necessary details, contacted GoToGate, and kept me informed throughout.
Thanks to Neil’s follow-up, I received my travel document and ticket details.
I truly appreciate Neil taking ownership of the issue and resolving it instead of simply directing me elsewhere. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier.

I always book my tickets through…
I always book my tickets through Skyscanner because it’s easy, convenient, and gives you plenty of options without the need for a middleman.
My only concern is that some of the companies listed on Skyscanner charge very high fees for after-sales services, such as changing travel dates, cancellations, or refunds. This can be quite disappointing.
I understand these companies need to make a profit, but keeping these charges reasonable would be fair to customers and shouldn’t affect their business significantly.
I hope Skyscanner will look into this issue and engage with its partner companies to encourage more reasonable after-sales charges.
