Talking about the price, for the features they offer their pricing is amazing, it's a lot cheaper compared to several of my previous hosting.

Chat and technical support

I am more than satisfied with the service and support. Initially before joining I had many questions and I would would return every few minutes asking doubts about their hosting and features. Everything was answered patiently and promptly. That's one reason that made me purchase their plan. Their chat support was and is still very friendly. Many times most of my technical issues were sorted quickly through chat. Their technical team is definitely a well trained team, they have easily solved many of our complicated technical issues.

Servers

They have powerful servers in many locations, you can choose where you want the server, initially I tried their South African reseller and the location didn't suit us but the team was very friendly and advised and changed me to their USA corp server and I would say it's just fantastic - the USA server has litespeed and works so well for us. I am on this plan for more than 3 years and nothing to complain about speed and uptime.

Free WHMCS License

I received a free whmcs license with their reseller plan and then one of my important clients wanted a whmcs license too, surprisingly skynethosting offered an extra whmcs license for additional price that was unexpected. In few days I wanted to upgrade my whmcs to professional license and that was also done in few minutes through their chat.
