With no experience in the IT field ,they have easy to use templates that allows us to do our set-up through their custom made templates. The service of skynet is reliable with uptime of around 99.99%.Their customer care keep us updated on an upgrades to the system henceforth we communicate the same to our valued customers. Any technical department is awesome, each and everytime we have technical challenges with our system they amicably resolve them and sharing some insights on how the same can be resolved. The skynet staff are dedicated and trained to give us the best service from the billing service to technical services.They are our trusted partner in taking us to a global player in hosting business.

We have used Skynet service at two locations for over 10-years. At the beginning, Skynet was very helpful, and their response was quick. Gradually, we were pushed to accept the downtimes of few hours, which happened few times every year. This was accepted as we were not naive to have 100% Uptime! The occurrence of downtime frequency raised to once every 2-months.

Since the end of 2023, Skynet even closed the Live Chat Support. We saw some other clients who left comment at their Facebook and the down service at some locations even could not be handled in 24-hours. There was no response from Skynet!

Seeing the "Changed Service" since 2023, we hope Skynet's service may be changed one day!

They made an automatic payment for a service I had canceled. But when contacting support about that they don't answer or leave you for multiple hours waiting in livechat. This issue still isn't resolved.

One of the worst hosting providers in the world. Their support system is so bad. They say 24 hours support, but their technical support agent has 0 knowledge on technical.

The customer support is notably poor, with delayed responses and unhelpful assistance. I strongly advise against choosing SkynetHosting.net due to their questionable practices and subpar performance. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-oriented hosting solution.

signed up and had nothing but troubles and you don't get what you signed up for and they don't care as long as they get their $. No support I had to ask for a refund from PayPal because I couldn't even get service setup after 7 days and they would not answer support tickets......

I migrated to skynethosting.net because of the inconsistent uptime of my previous hosting company's servers. I had a lot of unsatisfied clients, and my startup hosting company was losing clients because of the downtime. But since I have migrated my website (which was done for free), I have never had any downtime with them.

I even got free legal terms and conditions from them after I migrated to them.

Well, the most amazing part of it is that they are thoughtful and understanding. I remember when I asked for an extension because I had difficulties paying my invoice, and they gladly granted my request.

The technical support is awesome, and the billing support is great.
