I found Skin and Shape through scrolling on TikTok, they had a really good offer for first time customers and the lady is so lovely. I placed the order, they booked the call and within an hour of our call my parcel was on the way, then received it the next morning! Honestly this company has been amazing so far. Great for restarting GLP1
Great- so helpful when I restarted a GLP1 after some time off. Not judgmental at all and offered really helpful advice on my video call which was offered at my convenience. I thought there was an issue with my delivery and my email was immediately replied to- I just hadn’t opened the packaging properly! Great service.

Great service, specially Zhora is very knowledgeable, honest and supportive, highly recommend her and Skin and Shape, the hole process was really straight forward and smooth, delivery was extremely fast. I first come across Skin and Shape from a TikTok live. I asked questions in the live about MJ and this helped with my nerves and curiosity. I made an easy application online and got an instant response. On the live and responding to me was Zuhra. She is honestly the most lovely person. We had a video conversation and she listened and supported me. I placed my order and the next day it arrived. The support and care is there. I made an error on my next order, I emailed and in minutes I had a response and my error was rectified. I have never experienced such great customer service. Zuhra is really dedicated to what she does and the support she gives to clients. Outstanding I wouldn’t go with anyone else. Service and care like this will go far! Amazing Service
I switched from another provider to skin and shape. It was effortless, efficient and was super easy to navigate the website with placing the order and filling out the details. I’ve never had video consultation before with any other online pharmacy I used so wasn’t expecting it during the process but I really appreciated this as it reassured me that that this pharmacy is legit and felt like I was being listened to and gave me the chance to ask any questions before started the treatment. This was a quick process and the pharmacist was very open and comfortable to talk with. The process of reordering the prescription is very easy and the service is always great with fast delivery. I’m amazed at how quick they respond to emails and they are very accommodating with helping out with cost of treatment with discounts. As well as I’m in control whenever I want to reorder - get a monthly email reminder when I need to and not constant spam of emails which I really appreciate. Very happy with this online pharmacy and will continue purchasing the treatment from here.
