Excellent service
I first discovered Skin and Shape on TikTok, and their staff's clear and informative explanations convinced me that this was the right pharmacy for my needs. From the beginning, I felt confident and reassured throughout the process, and ordering my first weight loss injection was a smooth and straightforward experience. The team is very approachable, friendly, and easy to contact whenever I have any questions or concerns. I have also never had any issues with the deliveries or the injections themselves. Overall, I have had a really positive experience and would happily recommend them!

I can not praise Skin and Shape enough
I can not praise Skin and Shape enough! The whole team have been amazing throughout my journey. I started back in March after trying so many different ways to loose weight. With four kids I just thought i couldn’t manage the price of it, but I had to put myself first and give it a try. After about 2-3 months on wegovy I started seeing a difference in my body. My clothes started to become loose and baggy and the numbers on the weighing scales were starting to go down. 7 months has gone by now and I have nearly met my weight goal. I have officially lost 11kg. I didn’t need to loose much but after having 4 kids I really thought it was never ever going to happen. But I am 1 kg away from my pre motherhood weight. Thank you skin and shape team 🫶🏻

 At 70 years old, I have tried weight-loss injections with other companies in the past, so I have something to compare my experience with. I can honestly say that my experience with this company so far has been fantastic!

The process was very simple and straight forward. I was guided through each step. Staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions.reminder emails are sent out when they know you’ll need to reorder. Delivery is made each month and the pen is loaded with 4 doses, 1 per week. Staff are always available and happy to answer any questions. I’d recommend this company to everyone

The support being given is outstanding
The support being given is outstanding. Customer Service always gets back in touch immediately and sorts out any problems you might experience. Delivery is next day if ordering during the week, as I usually order on a Friday I know my next delivery will not be until the following Tuesday. Some waiting around for the actual delivery of product with Royal Mail as it never arrives within the timeframe given but eventually it does arrive.
