Ordered 3 pairs of shoes a mounth ago and still no shoes. Contacted then numerous times but no answer. This is a scam! I am now starting a investigation via PayPal. Shut this sight down!!!!

I have had the same experience as all on here - have ordered goods and not received anything = when trying to contact them the reply was out of stock - i am furious about it

This place is a joke!I waited for a month to receive my order which was not what I ordered,and horrible quality.I sent an email no reply and I found a return address of Jaimaca N.Y.ok well that town doesn't exist!!They need turned into better business bureau!All I want is a refund no crap from this site!!

It happened to me, too, unfortunately. I ordered a pair of boots on 4th September but I haven't received any information on shipping, I tried to contact them on the website and on e-mail, but no response. Beware and do not buy anything from them!

I only gave Skia one star to get the text box open to add my report of exceptionally poor customer service...or lack thereof. My story the same as so many, ordered boots 9/20/19 with an immediate confirmation then no responses from multiple requests to see how my order stands. No boots and no response. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Would never give even one star......DO NO BE FOOLED OR BUY FROM THEM. did not receive purchase of 114.00. They said they would give me 15% of my money back which would be 17.00.

TOTAL SCAM......WARN EVERYONE.

I too wish I could give this company a minus star review. Ordered a pair of boots from this seller on 9/21/19. Got an immediate confirmation. Money was pulled from my PayPal account shortly thereafter. When my item hadn’t shipped by 9/28/19, I sent an email to seller requesting the status on when the item would be shipped. No response. On 10/2/19 I sent another email to seller requesting shipping status. Again no response. Today, 10/8/19, I filed a dispute with PayPal against this seller. As another reviewer noted, I too found this company on Facebook, so assumed it was safe. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER; YOU WILL BE SORRY!!

As everyone else has said, strongly advise not to buy anything from this site. Ordered some boots which took 3 weeks to arrive, were the wrong colour, bad quality, and frankly, a really weird shape which wouldn't fit on any leg I've ever seen! The sales email does not seem to work and there doesn't seem to be any way to return items/get refund. Will think twice before ordering from unknown retailers in the future.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. When I received them about 3 weeks later, one was the wrong design and the other was the right design but the wrong colour.

I have contacted the seller for a refund but have had no reply.

Do not buy from this shop!

It's a shame I can't mark a "- star". This place is a total scam. Do not buy anything from them because you will loose your money. I already lost £20. Don't buy anything at all.

Buyer beware! No contact from seller for a few weeks, when I requested a tracking number I was given conflicting information, first being provided with a tracking number, then being told that they didn't have the item in stock. When I requested cancellation of my order, the kept offering me discounts and free gifts that I didn't want, eventually telling me that the item had now shipped so I could no longer cancel. Item was eventually received (not the best quality) but I requested a return address, no reply at all, I no longer want this item but there is no return address on their website.

Ordered a product on September 24, got an order confirmation and received: a lot of silence after that. No shipping updates, and no replies to my requests for updates. The e-mail address on the website for for questions does not seem to work, and the e-mail address provided with the order does seem to work but delivers no replies. I hope I can get my money back. Pretty sure some clever thiefs put up a scam. Shame :(

Ordered on sept 25th. Received confirmation that my order was confirmed 3 more days go by nothing email them received an email back stating they could not find my order based on my email and need the receipt number which I had sent in my original email still nothing never use this company again

Pretty sure it's a scam. Paid though PayPal so hopefully can get money back.
No shipping info it's been 2 weeks since placing an order. I found 3 different email address in contact us. All came back as not being able to send.
Do not trust this company!

On September 22nd, 2019, I purchased three clothing items from Skia Shop. I originally discovered this company as advertised on Facebook. I have purchased items from clothing and shoe companies advertised on Facebook before with no issue (companies such as Zulilly and Butterfly Twists) and so I did not think to question the legitimacy of this company. Due to my previous experience, this makes sense.

The company appeared to be legitimate. It featured a shopping cart, multiple clothing items, customer reviews, and a logical payment system. When I ordered my items, I received a confirmation email straight away on the same day as purchase that my items were being prepared to be shipped and that they would notify me when the items had shipped.

On September 26th, I had not received a shipping confirmation email. This is when I became suspicious. I proceeded with some research and this is what I discovered.

1. Upon analyzing my initial confirmation email, an email address was listed as a point of contact. Gxq0014@outlook dot com. Although a lot of small local businesses would use such an email address, a company that operates in multiple countries (listed as a company originally based in London) would most likely be a large business and would have their own domain.
2. The payment method was listed as Oceanpayment
3. When visiting their site, I clicked on ‘Contact Us.’
5. I went to the tracking site and entered my order number.
6. When clicking submit, my order was not found.
7. Next, I attempted to call the number listed. On my phone, it listed it as a number for Hong Kong.
8. I then proceeded to email the second email address listed on the page above for #3. I have received three emails from google stating that they could not connect as the recipient did not accept my requests to connect.
9. Lastly, I researched the company for reviews. There are no reviews available online. The company does not have a Facebook page and it has been flagged by several scam alert websites as being a company that is less than 6 months old.

This company is stealing money from its customers and needs to be shut down immediately.

Scam. Do not trust.
