I have bought from them 3 times by now until…

I have bought from them 3 times by now and all was fine until now. I placed an order 15 days ago and I have still got no update on the shipping. I emailed them twice and I have filled out the contact form, still not answer from them. Really bad customer support. I don't even know how I can cancel my order and get a refund. I will never buy from them again. P.S. I was referring to everyone that this is a good shop with good prices, my mistake!

Is terrible I put in an order 2 months…

Is terrible I put in an order 2 months ago for some decks I contacted them upwards of 6 times wondering about tracking and what was going on I tried canceling the order finally and still have heard absolutely nothing this is just bad business I’m not the type of person to write reviews but bro it’s not that hard

Skate menu just takes your money

Ordered a plan b board last month never got anything updates or emails tried contacting them no response tried giving them a couple of days to see if I would get a response but sadly nothing never buying plan b boards on this website or anything from skatemenu

No Customer Service

No Customer Service. No one answers if you send a mail to their Info Mail or if you use their „contact us“ Page. I ordered the Board One week ago and it says from Spain to Germany it will take 2-4 Business days. I gave them a few more days. Board isn‘t Even send by now. No answers to my requests… I will highly recommend to Never Buy anything at their Job. On top of that, i‘m disgusted by PlanB itself. As such a huge Skateboard Company with many pro skaters and a Long history in this industry, that you promote this Onlineshop is just Crazy. You will lose your credibilty as a Board Company pretty soon I guess… Just fraud Vibes Happening there

Ordered a Plan B "Sterre Meijer"-selfie…

Ordered a Plan B "Sterre Meijer"-selfie deck from them, as Google's infamous "sponsored" b.s. slipped past me. Within 7 days, including a weekend, I had in my hand the board, complete with a sheet of griptape to apply, plus sticker - keep in mind this arrived to me in the Greater Toronto Area from Spain.

I did attempt to contact them via their site's "contact us" function, as well as email, with no reply.

I had the item faster than I would've if I'd ordered from the U.S., and it came from Western Europe!

I got exactly what I was supposed to, shipping was reasonable and expedited, and I had an overall good experience.

Don’t waste a penny with this…

Don’t waste a penny with this “business”. I placed an order 30 days ago and still haven’t received any shipping info but they have no problem collecting your money. No one will contact you back.

Not Feeling Too Confident

I’m in the same boat as Luke right now… I ordered a board on August 7th for my best friend’s birthday(which was the 16th), and have received NO replies from the company. I emailed them twice and have been ignored. No shipping updates to tell me that this board is ever going to be sent out. Honestly at this point, I’m not sure it exists. Hopefully I’ll hear something soon.

Ordered a board off them

Ordered a board off them only sent me one email confirming the order, says on the email 1-2 days and should get tracking number. A week goes by still nothing, emailed, no reply few days later emailed again no reply. There’s no way to ask for a refund or update me about my order. Terrible customer service and would advise you to stay away!!

Stay away, stick with your skateshop.

If you want a Plan B deck don't buy here, just go to your local skateshop or with a solid online shop with a good sav / return policies (skatedeluxe, skatepro ...) .

- i order a red deck for a gift to my daughter. The deck was advertise with a red deck photo on their website, the board was really beautiful / badass. There was a message : The color of the TOP and BOTTOM plies might vary. They finaly send me a green deck, and the color was really ugly.

- i tell them sorry i really don't like the deck i order red you give me green, and nowhere on your site or email, the color green was specified, pre-shipment. I also mention that their e-shop was in english only which is not my native language. (skatepro and skatedeluxe have per country translator for ex )

- First answer was in a false polite mail, "men you don't know how to read, you don't know the usual practice in skateboarding this is normal. Might vary means that red color would be green, it's an evidence."

- I said OK but i still want to return it , i don't like the deck. Well they have absolutely no return policies unlike 99.99% of the webshop in 2025. So there are no return interface, no pre-paid UPS ticket. nothing you just have to send the board yourself.

- On top of that, they have no retail seller or per country warehouse so you have to send the deck in spain at the factory with international shipment. It was 20/30 euros to pay to return a 60 euros deck ...

- i ask if they can offer better alternative , and never get an answer. So i say go to hell Plan B i won't trust you again.

- 2 days later i resend an email of the board that i have to sell on ebay to avoid loosing 25 euros in shipment, and then after telling me i was childish offer a 9.95 euros return ticket. I have to fight/endure 5 Mails of this half very polite / very bitchy prose to get an option to return a board with a color i didn't order.

- i tell him/her? ( the person never give a firstname ) that they can go to hell with their awful customer services. I can't see any shop with a customer services as bad as them except footlocker in the last 10 years of internet buy. Basically they just want your money, not your satisfaction.

- one last thing, I strongly advise you to read their refund policies, Basically they don't refund, they just give credit on their store. They can refund only if they recognise a mistake from their part, having deal with their client support i can say that you have more chance to see an orthopedic surgeon recognize an error than them.

PS1 : Go to hell Plan B my daughter will skate chocolate from now. :)
PS2 : I buy a new deck for my daughter at snowbeach, 2 minutes after that i get a phone call from the team that ask me if i want them to grip the deck, and if they can do anything else to help. Love you guys !
