Ordered my dress on 13 May it did not arrive until 28 May 2025, 16 days !!!! ordered for my hols and arrived when i was away, i will never order again with this company, so disappointing .

A shocking experience, waiting 5 weeks for a dress which has clearly been on a slow boat from China. Cheap material, which I’ve paid £45 for. I feel completely scammed. I’m disappointed in myself for funding a shitty falsely advertised company like this.

I bought a few dresses from Sisu London thinking, as the name suggests, that it was a UK-based brand. Nowhere during checkout did it make it clear that the items would be shipped from China.

When the dresses arrived, they were not only the wrong sizes but looked nothing like the pictures online. I immediately reached out to return them—and was met with endless resistance. Instead of a return, they kept offering me store credit or partial refunds to “keep the items.” It took 5 or 6 emails before they finally sent me the actual returns form.

One of the dresses they didn't even have in stock—but I only found that out after chasing them, and only then did they issue a refund.

I eventually returned everything (to China!) at a personal cost of £65 using tracked and signed postage. Now, my parcel has been sitting in Chinese customs for over a week with no progress, and the company has offered no support whatsoever.

Between the false advertising, poor quality, shady return process, and total lack of customer care, I genuinely feel like a victim of fraud. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible experience and Fake.

I wanted to love the products but it’s a cheap quality made in China, pretending to be a London company.

I am trying to return £115 worth of clothing and they are simply not replying. Even if I wanted to keep the items the material is cheap and sizing isnt uk sizing, I am going legal to get my money back and they have no intention of replying.

I ordered a dress, a shirt and skirt arrived about 2 weeks later. Absolutely nothing like the photo, very poor quality.
I asked to return, had to send about 4 emails before they would actually tell me how to do so. The return was going to cost around £16, as the company is in CHINA not London. They offered to refund me 50% of the cost, it was better to cut my losses and take this than risk a return to this joke of a company. Do yourself a favour and do not even consider buying anything.

Would give no stars if I could. I paid £87 for 2 items, took weeks to come as this company is not actually London it's china. Then I never got my parcel, wasn't offered a refund or replacement items even. POOR service. Don't waste your money

Purchased a dress for £42 down from £75. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and is nothing like the advertised product, different colour and material is shocking. Shouldn't be charging anymore than £5. Avoid at all costs.

SHOCKING!! DO NOT BOTHER!! Stupid me for getting drawn in with the "easy returns" stated clearly on their website. Well let me tell you the returns are not easy. The sizes are SO small.
Still waiting for my money back after sending the items back nearly 5 weeks ago! I had to send the items back out of my own money (paid £27 to send to china as the material on two co ords was heavy) I've tracked the item and it's saying "in customs" on the 29th April. It's now one month later and I'm now over £100 out of pocket. Absolute scam of a company.

wish id read these reviews before ordering, my order hasn’t arrived after weeks of waiting, the customer service sent me a tracking number that has no information linked to it, completely fraudulent company - avoid!

I ordered the Mago: Halter Maxi Dress and I really like it! The material is good en the dress fits very well. It’s a good dress if you’re last minute looking for a dress for an event. The price is also good for what you get.
I would order again at this website.

CHASED SAID IT WAS DELIVERED SENT PROOF WAS DELIVERED. WASN'T MY DOOR NO ONE ON MY STREET MATCHES THE PICTURE. REFUSED TO REFUND OR SENS DRESS OUT AGAIN. CRAP SERVICE

the WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a clothing brand. Still haven't refunded me 2 weeks later, dress was out of stock and they didn't tell me until a week after my order...
When you do get a response they call you the wrong name and just copy and past generic response. never ever shop with them again

I purchased two dresses, one was completely different to the advert and the other was really poor quality and had features that were different to the advert. Customer service were not helpful in trying to resolve my issues. Expensive to return items. I hope other read these reviews prior to purchasing, unlike me!

I ordered 2 items yet received only 1 poor substandard product that looks like it was made in a back street factory somewhere. I do not want a replacement item. I am requesting a full refund for BOTH items, the total bill. I’ve heard about the tactics they are using by telling people it will cost £40 to send back to them. The item isn’t worth 4 pence in my opinion. Also please note, the material is see through.
Many awful flaws in the stitching around the zip area. Is not symmetrical on the front and has no labelling, apart from a small letter M for medium. It’s disgraceful that this company are pretending to operate as a higher end clothing business. Trading standards will be made aware of this.

Scam company. Never buy from them. Such a terrible experience. I paid 165£ for four dresses. Three weeks later I received 3 dresses (one wasn’t even what I ordered) and one was missing. After sending so many emails back, Customer Service didn’t give me any answers. You have to pay 40£ for a return, when it was them who made a mistake. You can’t even complete a return form. They ghost you and dresses don’t even have tags on! Terrible service
