As per all the other reviews, got sucked in by a lovely ad.
Clothing was so cheap and poor quality.
Returned them (£20 postage) in MAY and today the package got returned back to me 🤪 company has ghosted me since May.

Ignored countless emails after returning 3 dresses as soon as I received them, as they took so long to arrive. Paid for tracked postage and emailed my proof of postage and all refund request emails ignored. Very very disappointing. Do not use this company

Dr Salina & Markela the lady on reception were very friendly and welcoming.
Dr Salina advised me what treatments were right for me and worked wonders.
I will definitely be returning for further treatments.

Absolutely dreadful! I paid £15 to send my dress back to China! And did not receive any communication NO REFUND and it has been 3 months now.

Please, please, please do not order from this company.

They misled and said that they were based in the UK on their website and so I ordered and waited four weeks for the things to arrive. I found out about the bad reviews and tried to cancel my order, but they wouldn’t cancel. When the items finally arrived, they were extremely poor quality and did not look like the images. When I queried about a refund, they offered me some ridiculous options such as a voucher and to give the products to my friends?!! When I pushed for a refund, they went MIA and the whole website is now closed down. I did however manage to get a charge back through my bank as I disputed it as a scam and the bank found that to be the truth. I hope anyone else finds this useful and takes it up with their bank. Use the reviews on this website as part of your dispute.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. They took my money, took much longer than expected to deliver meaning I no longer needed the items once arrived, I had to pay my own return back to CHINA, not London and still they have my money with no sign of a refund. That’s 2 months now. Absolutely awful I would avoid at all costs

Total scam! Call themselves London, are actually from China. My items took a month to arrive, don’t fit, and its literally impossible to return. Have asked for the 30% refund option 2 weeks ago and have been totally ghosted! Waste of effort, money and my life. Literally awful

Not even worth one star, avoid company at all costs! Wish I had read all these reviews before! Ordered 2 dresses which I no longer want so have asked to return for a refund, this has been proven VERY difficult with little response and the response I do get is giving me alternatives like 15% refund and keep the dresses after I declined their offer they have gone MIA ignoring all messages!!! What a shit company daylight robbery!!!!!

dress hasn’t arrived no refund … no communication… it was a red flag that they didn’t have their comments active on their instagram page … persumably because they do This to everyone….

Definitely not London based, tracking the parcel and it came from china 2 weeks later. Firstly, one dress was missing, I contacted them and received good service from Ella. She arranged to send the missing item over. Another 2 weeks later the dress arrived, it was too small. Again, contacted Ella and asked for a larger size to be sent. Another 2 weeks later the new dress arrived in the SAME size. I now have 2 dresses that don’t fit. First time ordering with the brand and never again. No point chasing them for a 3rd time as other reviews say they are unlikely to give full refunds. Holiday in 4 days with no dress to wear.

I don't feel they deserve one star even. I really wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered a dress it took weeks to come despite being "london" based. Clearly not. The dress quality is so poor 😞. No returns label, no easy returns portal on website. Takes ages for them to email back im sure its just all automated, I keep getting repeat emails offering me 15% off if I keep the awful item. I just want to return. Finally recieved a returns for but I have to pay for return which of course is not uk and will cost an absolute fortune.

Absolutely gutted. I can see from previous posts I'll be lucky if I even get my refund. PLEASE PLEASE do not order from the site its a absolute SCAM.

Avoid this company at all costs. Despite claiming to be London-based, I believe they’re actually operating from China. My order took over a month to arrive, and when it finally did, the dress was terribly made — cheap material, poor stitching, and nothing like the images online.

When I complained, I was offered just two refund options, which suggests they’re used to unhappy customers. In the end, I only got 30% back on a £56 dress that honestly isn’t worth even £5.

This feels like a scam site — save your money and shop elsewhere.

Do not order from them, quality and dress were beautiful, I think I got lucky looking at reviews. Items arrived late there for returned still waiting for a refund of £189 3months later. I've sent numerous emails, I receive a generic reply or last email was be patient. I think I've been more than patient. Doesn't look like it will be resolved ever. Very disappointed, upset and angry

The earrings I ordered took 4 weeks to arrive, and they are cheap pieces of crap from China! This is a scam; do not buy from this company. It is impossible to return items unless you pay £30 for shipping.

Multiple reasons not to buy from them. Items takes weeks to arrive, material is cheap and I paid a lot for this dress. Shipping return was £30! So obviously it’s pointless returning as that’s half the money gone. Sizing is not right. All in all it’s a massive scam! Wish I looked up the reviews first. If you’ve be smart enough to do that then you’ve had a lucky escape!

Absolutely awful quality, ordered for a festival and saw the dress on instagram, the quality is horrendous, its see-through, very cheap fabric, the colours are different to the model wears on the images, the ties look like the fabric used to keep clothes on hangers and looks like it will fall apart.

Cant see where the form is to return and it says that you can pay up to £30 to return it!

The dress cost £45 so nit cheap but it looks VERY CHEAP!!

1 star is too many. Avoid this website. They are the biggest liars! They use pictures from different websites to deceive. They use cheap materials to make dresses and it’s nothing at all like the picture, very cheap! Usually I am a size small-medium I ordered Medium just incase, the dress which was made is a size Extra Small (yet it says Medium)…. Just avoid it

Wouldn’t wash my dishes with the cheap rag which has just landed on my doorstep!! Big lesson learned !

I wouldn’t even give 1 star but I guess you have to, to be able to put your review on here. Please do NOT buy anything from this company. They are horrific! The clothing is utterly cheap crap! I would swear but am sure this post would get taken down. Only three items arrived and they are horrific, the other package is missing apparently and sent empty! What a joke. Now working with my credit company how to get a refund as I am not sending back this rubbish to China! AVOID at all costs! Wish I had seen all the other reviews before I purchased.

Waiting 4 weeks for dresses, process for returning items are an absolute nightmare. Still waiting for my refund roughly £180, paying to return 4 items cost around £35 😡
