Well made and good CS direct from SIP
The product is very well made, operates quietly , small footprint and the cs team were helpful responsive to a query. It was delivered well packaged and quickly. Only quibble is there is an assumption of greater user knowledge than the amateur or first time user might have. For example there are differing standards for fitting and hoses , and it would be good to get more pre sale guidance, at least on the SIP Amazon store. i understand this is available if you buy direct fromt he SIP website however.

For the price so far it's looking decent value for money.
Warranty registration was bit of a fiddle - but I got there in the end. Only used the gasless MIG feature once so far. It is welding well enough at a much lower current than I would expect for the thickness of metal I was welding - maybe the current reading is out on this machine. The voltage control was also not quite getting the spatter free weld I wanted - close but not quite there. I need a bit more practice with it and I will update this review accordingly. Out of the box it was much easier to set up and use than my Hitbox HBM 1200 which I bought new 2 1/2 years ago and, unlike the Hitbox, there is a proper manual with it. I will also be trying the stick weld and gas MIG and I'll update this review once I have done that. It comes with a two year warranty . My previous SIP experience was a stick welder I bought new in the mid 1980's and was working until it recently got damaged in a flood. I'm not expecting this welder - AutoPlus 130 A Synergic - to last that long but I hope it does better than 2 years ! With hindsight I should have paid the extra £125 and started with something like this rather than the Hitbox. My experience is you can expect no UK customer support/assistance with the Hitbox and that is a big negative in my view.

I do like your product
Great for getting it fixed now I go up a start!
(I do like your product, but the registration is crap.
Took me way to long to get my phone number filled
in. At the end i had to put an extra zero in ,god knows why!! just to get it to please the Red Asterix.
Why do you have a fixed amount of numbers to fill in the phone section not all phone numbers are the same, so get it fixed and up a star i go.)

Floor Fan
Nice looking industrial floor fan in black. Very powerful on the low setting. The only downside with the fan is that it is quite loud,so I have to turn the TV volume up. it also only tilts upwards, Ideal if you are laid on a bed but the noise level might keep you awake. I have to say after a while you get used to it.

With the help of Rob and Nachi they were able to identity the issue we had and although not somehting they could fix over the phone they got replacements sent out to us with 48 hours which was brilliant as we needed them ASAP.
