Excellent service from this company

I ordered a Sonos move that was not in stock but was expected to be in stock soon. That was in October. I received the goods in December but not before I had chased them up. It appeared to me that the stock had been received but for some reason my order was not process until I prompted the firm a second time. Once the error was acknowledged my order was processed quickly and the goods received. I also received a letter of apology. Ive given three stars as the ordering process was quick and efficient, once the error was acknowledged the order was processed quickly but my order had clearly been lost in a less than efficient system.

Great service. In spite of the courier not being able to deliver first time the order was despatched again without cost or delay. Thank you.

they have some very good videos on YouTube and do next day delivery @ no extra cost unlike richer sounds I ordered speakers from took them four days to give me a delivery date

I've been looking for a Sonos Move speaker in white colour everywhere until and luckily I found this company. I used their chat services for help and their customer service was quick, professional and polite. I saw just 2 reviews on this company that made me hesitate but decided to give it a go and I'm glad I did. The speaker arrived the next day and I couldn't be happier with the overall customer service and product.
