First class service excellent quality and best value plantation shutters I could find. Everything was so well packaged and clearly labelled . All items are pre assembled so you know that it will all fit beautifully. It’s important to remember that with nearly all companies they are manufactured abroad and you need patience as shipping times are easily disrupted, even by the weather. We were kept informed every step of the way. The website was easy to use for designing our shutters and we then had a set of factory drawings to confirm. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Efficient and v helpful

I ordered two sets of hardwood shutters from Shutterplus and I'm really pleased with them. I chose Shutterplus, as they offer a much wider choice of frames than other DIY suppliers so I was able to find the perfect frame for my narrow window sills. The customer service was excellent too; I wasn't sure which frames would be most suitable so emailed my queries and received a really helpful reply from Sarah within 24 hours. Hugo also kept me informed about the slight delay in the shutters arriving (hardly surprising in the middle of a pandemic). On arrival, there was a small part missing, but I received a quick response and the part arrived within 48 hours. The instructions online are quite basic but a bit of Googling resolved any small issues I had fitting the shutters on my wonky Victorian windows. On the whole, the shutters were quick and easy to fit though, they also look amazing and were half the price of the quotes I'd had from shutter installers. Now saving up to buy shutters for the rest of the house.
