I came to know abt Shubh Gems from one of my college. We had to purchase a pendant for my son. Then, I n my wife decided to check this at Shubh Gems which is more than 20 kms from my house. But SG shown us absolutely an Sphatic stone we were looking for. SG also made the pendant and also delivered it within couple of days. The pendant is very beautiful, which we were not expecting.
SG really have lots of gems varieties and trustworthy service. We will definitely try to visit SG at least once more.

Pearl quality is good however braclet is a little loose.

I am waiting on the effects of the pearls in coming time then only can share the actual review if asked.

Just received my gemstone ring here in Germany. Very good customer service and rapid delivery. Bhawana was very helpful and kind throughout the evaluation, purchase and delivery process.

Overall, we are pleased with the products we received from Shubh Gems, although there are some things that could be improved.

Shubh Gems could improve their service by offering proper invoices of items ordered BEFORE asking for payment, so that the customer has a proper record of what she is paying for, instead of simply asking you to pay the total through PayPal with no itemized list from the company of what is being paid for.

They could also make the website work better for international payments. We had to order from a customer service agent, speaking through WhatsApp Chat, sending us a PayPal link after we had selected our items on the website - Convoluted.

Additionally, we ordered 3 Japa Mala Gem Beads. Only the Rose Quartz is of regular Mala bead size. The Malachite and Moonstone beads are EXTREMELY SMALL and so are not nice to actually chant with, although the bead size is listed as the same on the website.

The pictures on the website also do not make it clear that the size of these Malas is so much smaller than regular size (and smaller than the Rose Quartz Mala).

Also, the Malachite Mala have only 104 beads, not 108, and the Moonstone Mala have only 107 beads. Something which we will have to constantly remember if we use the beads for actual Japa Sadhana.

Additionally, the Moonstone in the picture on the website is called Rainbow Moonstone, MUCH MORE Beautiful, with Gorgeous Subtle Colors in it, while the one we actually received is just plain white - not what we ordered.

On the good side, we were in regular contact with a customer service agent through WhatsApp Chat and she answered our questions quickly and patiently stayed with us, which we appreciate.

Most importantly, the Gemstones, Rings, and Pendants we ordered appeared to be exactly as advertised on the site, as far as we can tell so far. Our initial inspection of them places them as very High Quality and they are certainly very beautiful.

All of the items also came with Laboratory Quality & Identification Reports that were said to be from the Gemological & Jewelry Institute, which was nice.

Additionally, all of the items arrived very quickly from Delhi to Berlin.

Lastly, Shubh Gems was kind enough to include a free, small gift of a bracelet of various kinds of beads with what I believe is the Buddhist Om Mani Padme Hum mantra written in each bead - a very nice touch that is really thoughtful of them and appreciated by us.

The main thing is that the Gems and the Gold are Quality and Legit.
