Big Disappointment – Poor Customer Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this Rudraksha Ratna(Rudra Center) store.

Before visiting, I clearly shared my requirements for a Rudraksha mala and specifically requested all healthy, undamaged beads. The store agreed to these conditions, which is why I traveled 160 km from Pune to visit them in person.

However, when I checked the mala at the store, 3 beads were clearly damaged. When I pointed this out, the shop staff casually responded with “ye chalta hai” (this is acceptable), which was shocking—especially for an item linked to devotion and faith.

When I asked them to remake the mala using only healthy beads and said I was willing to wait, they quoted an unrealistic price:
₹800 per bead, which comes to ₹87,200 for 109 beads.

This is unacceptable considering the same mala is listed on their website for around ₹8,000. Charging more than 10× the price simply because a customer asks for good-quality, undamaged beads is unethical.

This experience felt like playing with people’s devotion rather than respecting it. I expected honesty, transparency, and integrity—but received none.

I would strongly advise others to thoroughly check every bead and be cautious before trusting verbal assurances.

Highly recommended not just because of the quality of product and services offered by Rudra Centre, but also because there is a genuine interest in doing the right thing for the customers and providing guidance irrespective of whether its commercial viable or not for the company.

I have been a regular customer of Rudra Centre since 2012 when I first bought my Rudraksha Mala. Excellent team and high quality products. Even though some items I purchased were costly, it was still worth the price. A special thanks to Sagarji for his continued help and support everytime.

I have been using the products and services of Rudra Centre Mumbai for 6 years now and have not been disappointed. Recently, I have started doing daily pujas (hopefully on a monthly basis) and I can feel the improvement in my physical, emotional sand mental state, already, while going through some challenging personal times. These pujas act as a kavacham against negative forces and obstacles. I recommend using Rudra Centre services for pujas, homams, genuine rudraksha and puja items, as well as Vedic astrology and others. Their services are very professional, reliable and punctual, and you can attend live and receive pictures and videos of the pujas and sankalpa. I I recently ordered a few items from Rudra Ratna, including some malas, bracelets, and a sandalwood stick with a stone. All the items were exactly as advertised—authentic, well-made, and beautifully packed. Unfortunately, the stone in the sandalwood stick arrived broken. However, I contacted their team and shared pictures, and they responded promptly and professionally.

To my pleasant surprise, they arranged for a replacement stone to be shipped directly from India without any hassle. The replacement arrived in good condition, and their customer service throughout was courteous and efficient.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. Rudra Ratna stands behind their products and ensures customer satisfaction. I’d definitely order from them again!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rudra Center. Their products are fraudulent and lack authenticity, especially their gemstones, which seem to be synthetic. The so-called "certification" they provide is nothing more than a printed card, lacking key details such as Refractive Index values, testing equipment used, and other crucial gemological parameters.

A genuine gemstone certification should come from a recognized gem lab, providing detailed testing results, not just a vague statement on a card. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of their products.

Additionally, their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, making it nearly impossible to get a refund or a proper resolution.

I strongly advise customers to stay away from this website. Do not waste your hard-earned money on their fake products. If you are looking for authentic gemstones, always verify the seller and demand certification from reputed laboratories like GIA, IGI, or similar.

Beware and make informed decisions! Avoid Rudra Center at all costs!

I placed an order online but did not receive any delivery notification for almost two weeks. When I followed up and requested a cancellation—since I would be out of the city for the next few months—they assured me that the order would be canceled and a refund would be issued. However, I received no cancellation update. Upon following up again, I was told I would receive a cancellation email within two days. Instead of the email, I unexpectedly received a waybill. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing. The company is not trustworthy, and I’m unsure whether I will ever receive my refund.

I recently purchased a customized holy Rudraksha, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the team did an excellent job in creating exactly what I wanted. The service was professional, timely, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for authentic and well-crafted Rudraksha. Truly a great experience!

I was recommended thw kalpavriksh bracelet by Neetaji and it was like an awakening for me. The journey to start healing is to first identify the situations that are not working for you the the rudraksh worked to identify those and help me navigate them.
