I ordered Rudraksha from NepaRudraksha thinking it is authentic and the best. But it is just opposite. They sent me Rudraksha which is khandit. I asked them and they just refused to accept saying they get their beads checked from a "third" party. And when I tried contacting the customer service for checking it once, they stopped responding. I mailed my review on the site and refused to accept because it was not fulfilling their greedy ambitions. Very poor service and even worse products. Total dissatisfaction.

Quality is good but the prices are too high , I am getting the same quality but at far better prices in india itself so pls check your prices on your web page ... Thanks gaurav khanna

I recently purchased a 6 Mukhi Rudraksha from Nepa Rudraksha, and it is honestly the best one I have seen so far. The clarity of the mukhi lines, the weight, and the overall size were absolutely perfect. You can immediately tell that it’s a high-quality and authentic Rudraksha.

Particularly at the outset, I interacted with Sushma, who has managed all my orders since then and provided invaluable assistance whenever it was critically needed. 4 stars and not 5 because I think the prices are high. Otherwise quality beads and good costumer service. The beads are carefully packed and they come in a nice box. Also good explanation on how to take care of them. I am a returning costumer

Totally Money Oriented Website, there products are so expensive, will have sell my house to buy them. Terrible Customer Service, they don’t respond to messages at all

I received cracked Rudraksha, when I reached out to them they said to apply oil and completely avoided the question of sending me a replacement eventually I told them I want to return the Rudraksha. They are asking me to pay for return courier charges, insurance and customs the total of which is more than my order value also. If I had known this I would have never ordered from them. Please Beware they are a fraud company they are selling low quality rudraksha at high prices and they money back gaurantee is also an empty promise

I had ordered a Gauri Shankar rudraksha from them recently. Since these beads are large and heavier i noticed that the opening of the material used could not go through a 1mm gold chain. i then tried a very thin gold chain for it and it barely fit through the corners of that either. It broke within a few days of use.
The material used is very flimsy and extremely poor quality. No thought is put to the fact that this has to be worn as a jewellery around the neck. Since this was within a few days of recieving the rudraksha i notified this company. Their response absolutely pathetic. We are sorry it broke go get it rrepaired from a local jewellery shop since you are wearing it like a "Jewellery "

Prior to this i had ordered a 18 mukhi rudraksha with their silver chain . The chain broke off a shortly therefter but since the pendant was intact i knew this could be easily repaired here.

Their products are extremely overpriced but the material used to put it together is very low quality. I would personally never order from these guys again
