I made an order and I live in Europe. The order I received on the 4th day. Excellent service, the article of very good quality 100% authentic.

I ordered a sulemani hakik from shubhgems. When the order arrived I receive a gemstone different from the one I ordered and different from the certificate I received. I notified them of this issue and was told to wear my sulemani hakik with confidence and not to worry. I asked them politely to at least send me the certificate that goes with the stone I received, and they have ignored me. I have asked them respectfully at least 6 times and they continue to ignore me. I can’t believe they did this to me. I’ve spent quite a bit of money with these people, but never again. They should be ashamed of themselves, I’m disgusted with them.
