Good Quality but Questionable Policy and Business Practices
The product they sell (mainly dresses) seem to be good/great quality. My issue is their return/refund policy. First off their refund policy is in small text hoping you don't notice, they DO NOT do refunds only in store credit. On top of that they make you purchase the shipping label to send the clothes back AND they make you pay for an additional label for sending your new item to you. The norm for clothing brands is that they usually send you a "free" return label and you have to cough up the cost for the new item. Just to get the dress that might not even fit, cost $17 extra.
FYI for anyone that doesn't know most of these companies add a percentage to the shipping label cost. For example if they're saying it takes $10 for the label, it's most likely $5-7 unit cost for them, so they tack on about a 30% margin.
All in all, i would not shop here again.
