Zero stars for this company, because i have yet to receive my order of 4 scarves that I placed in late November 2025. They sent a notice to me Dec 3rd, saying that my order had stalled, and they would look into what was wrong and let me know. Needless to say, I haven't been contacted by customer service or anyone, and when I tried to reply to their email, i was notified that the reply address did not exist. I can't even get a refund! Lousy service. Never again.

Pictures of their scarves came across my feed. I loved one so I ordered. I live in New York so it t arrived quickly from Maine. It is beautiful and silky polyester.
I received several compliments.
I decided to order 3 bandannas, quickly received. I loved the patterns but not the cotton material. I asked for and received a return label to send back.
After popping in the mail, I asked if I could exchange for the butterfly scarf. Prompt response was “Certainly “

I was notified the package arrived and my new scarf was shipped and the difference was credited back to my credit card.

While I very much like the lightweight scarves and their designs (which are charming) - customer service has been a total bust.
I placed an order on 12/3 with a coupon for free standard shipping but opted to pay for express since I needed it by 12/13 - the website stated express shipping was "2-3 days." After waiting 4 days with no notification that the item shipped, I contacted the company by email.
I was answered by "Mayra S" whose title is "bandana manager." She wrote on Sunday, 12/7 and told me she had checked the order and that it had already been shipped and was expected to arrive in 3 days. I wrote back with thanks.
On 12/10 I received an email from USPS that the package from the shipper had JUST BEEN RECEIVED. Their estimated delivery date is 12/15 - two days later than needed, and 12 days after I paid for express shipping.
I emailed the company again. The response from the "bandana manager" reads like chatbot - I'm truly sorry, I understand you're disappointed, some shipments were unexpectedly delayed by USPS (!), I'm closely monitoring your order, I'm here to help. All smoothing and fluffing, no substance.
Do I really like these scarves? Yes, I do. Will I buy from this company again? No, I won't.
Sometimes a small company gets good buzz, or becomes popular or "viral," and their customer base suddenly grows, overwhelming their capacity. This appears to be what's happened here. If that's so, it's not the company's fault - but DON'T blow smoke up my a**. Own the mistake, refund the shipping (at least), and don't tell me literally nothing as if nothing is exactly what I'd like to hear.

I ordered one of their scarves assuming it to have drape to it because it looked lightweight and sheer, but the material is 80% polyester and stays artificially smooth and stiff. More appropriate for a 1960s society lady than a contemporary product.
