Not only are Shoptora scammers, Trustpilot facilitates this by allowing them to "own" the negative reviews (there are no positive ones) and close them down. There are no goods, this is just a scam.... Mehr ansehen

Awful company to buy from product said 5 - 7 days for delivery, after I placed the order I got an email saying blah blah blah it will take 15 - 20 days. This was a present so I emailed them, It took ages to get a response when it did come it was obnoxious response ever. Anyway the have till Monday to come up with the goods but I doubt they will honour that anyway.

I was lucky in that my credit card was rejected because this site has been blocked by my card company. Also note they offer goods in Euro prices but then charge the same in UK sterling, which is not normal practice, they also state they accept AMEX but they don't when it comes to payments nor do they use paypal. Scamdoc.com gives warnings about this company and many people have left sufficient info to allow you to make a judgment call. 240 out of 240 customers giving a warning should be enough to put you off - Trust Pilot is where I should have started.... we live and learn!!

I requested a refund on the same day & got told it would be done within 14 days, over 21 Days later still no refund.
THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED MY EMAILS ABOUT THIS.

Same experience as everyone else, order was to take 5 till 7 days, then told 15 to 20 days, cancelled the order and now been told that it will take 14 days to recieve refund, have contacted my bank and made them aware of this transaction, they told me i must weight the 14 days and then they can open a dispute if i have not recieved my refund

Poor customer response and leadtimes
On placing an order based on 5-7 days delivery, I received an immediate response advising me delivery was 15-20 days. I requested the order be cancelled as the extended date was unacceptable to me and to refund the monies using the contact form on their web page. To-date no communication except automated confirmation email received. Seven days later no updates, no cancellation, and monies not refunded as per their own policy.
update: Interesting Shoptora can respond to my review within 19 mins but cannot take time to respond to my request for cancellation within seven days.

Update: It will come as no surprise to you all that no refunds are forthcoming, 30 days notice with credit card company will be 26th of this month where the claim will be settled with the bank.
Eurotext Import SAS who take the monies work out of premises in Paris which is a restaurant. it is listed business with a contact number which is no longer in use 0892976401. Shoptora is still active in Spain and other European destinations someone should get a grip of these.
Update 24/11/19 Careful they appear to have reopened there website as Shopora. offering the same products similar prices and delivery dates. Still no refund and contact address and message thread still not working.
Scamming Company
Update: why report my post? Surely the time spent reviewing bad reviews is time better spent on refunding customers?
Looks like a spin off company I was scammed by last year. DO NOT WAIT FOR A REFUND!! They are prolonging the time available to initiate the charge back facility from your bank. Contact your bank immediately and ask for 'Charge Back' and they should open a case to pull the money back from the company. If it goes over charge back time limits (variable) you will have lost out. Good luck!

This seems to be regardless of the product ordered. Can't get a response from customer services (same as everyone else). Appears to be a scam.

This site takes money from you and does not send you the item! Once they get the money then they inform you that there is a delay in delivery the item and it would take 2-3 weeks . REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD I have had same experience as other reviewers same email about 15-20 days ordered my dehumidifier in Oct 2nd still hasn't arrived their emails back are unreliable and vague when they do respond no clear evidence of my purchase arriving anytime soon a SCAM DOC reviewer pointed out that the terms and conditions page is pasted from sainsburys adding shoptora but leaving sainsburys name in inadvertently read between the lines please as I don't want this review removed as shoptora has had others reviews on here removed so I'm wording this appropriately

Extremely poor service. Not received after over a month and poor comms. Ignored my emails and only responded asking for order number which I supplied and never received a response. Asked for refund and nothing.

like many others I received the response below, I have emailed several times requesting that the order is cancelled, no reply from the company after following the companies instructions to contact them through the website. My credit card was charged, therefore I have initiated a chargeback, I would advise avoid this site, if you have used the site and your card has been charged initiate a charge back as soon as possible. I will make a GDPR request and follow up with the GDPR authorities if I do not receive a response, please do the same if you have had your time wasted by this company

I would give 0 starts if I could, please avoid this company, they take your money don't deliver the goods and its very difficult trying to get your money back, a scam I think. Have been waiting a month now no goods, no refund, the promise this within 14 days?? Why 14 days when there are no goods, have had to go through my bank and will be contacting trading standards. Terrible company.
