Shoptora 

I ordered a Fire Stick several weeks ago and never received it. This was only on the basis a friend had bought from them & received his order.

After several pointless communications with different people, I do not believe they will refund me.

It’s shocking reading these reviews, they need shutting down as this is just a big SCAM!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
I ordered a microwave. Very believable response i.e invoice and updating emails.
First informed of delay to delivery from 5 days to 17 - 20 days and as a result they would extend the warranty.
When goods did not arrive, numerous messages sent via their very believable 'contact' site/form to which I got a reply from Zoe and others with apologies. They 'chased up' my order then provided me with a 'false' tracking number for CHINA POST. Even when I told them I had reported them to ACTION FRAUD did they continue to lie to me. Google maps of the company address shows it to be highly unlikely to be located on this Parisian street.
Eventually I contacted my credit card company who refunded my money.
This whole experience made me feel sick.

I had the misfortune to order a keter shed from this company but did not read the reviews until later. The goods were never received and my emails went unanswered. Fortunately my bank refunded the cost. Bad experience. Don't deal with this company.

Not only are Shoptora scammers, Trustpilot facilitates this by allowing them to "own" the negative reviews (there are no positive ones) and close them down.

There are no goods, this is just a scam. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less.

Ordered an item from Shoptora and received an email on 31st October to say 15-20 days delivery due to excess orders, still no delivery and it’s now 1st January!! Quick enough to take my money, let’s hope you’re as quick to return it!

Avoid at all costs !! I ordered a Keter storage box several months ago still haven’t received it nor did I receive my refund as promised, my bank is now dealing with the problem. If you deal with this company be prepared to be disappointed and end up with no order or refund

This company are scammers took money and never send my item or money back ..do not buy anything there

This "company" is based in China and they are absolute scammers, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! You will never receive any goods, I leaned the hard way, as anybody else! The address they list on their website is in Paris in midst of cafes and shops, not as you would presume in an industrial area with storage facilities...so not even possible. After a pointless back and forth with them per their contact page where they just asking for silly things like confirmation of your name or the order number although that's long been communicated, they'll say that the item has been shipped with CHINA POST (of course, coming from France!) but that's just another delay of the final realisation that the ordered item will never arrive as the number is bogus and untrackable. My bank was nice enough to refund me my money, so all good but these people should be stopped, they are criminals!

I ordered an item which at time of ordering was 5/7 days delivery, the following day I received an email stating that due to high demand delivery would be up to 20 days. After waiting 6weeks I emailed asking where the the item was only to receive an identical email stating high demand and 20 day delivery after which I received a stream of delay tactics emails completely ignoring the content of my emails. An absolute disgrace of a company nothing but scammers

I ordered storage in October no sign of it yet disgusting

Don't buy anything from hear I've been waiting 2 months for my order, now it is saying there is no site in this name 😠

Ordered a pushchair in October exactly the same as last customer said five days then notified me twenty days as there was delay and would compensate me with a longer guarantee then said item was in eu ready fir dispatch still didn’t arrive and promised a refund several times this matter is now in the hands of my bank please do not buy from these people and learn from my very silly mistake if an item looks too good to be true it most probably is regards angela

After receiving my chargeback refund from my bank on the 10th of December I have read a review from another person who paid for a item ie pram that never arrived or refunded for she recieved refund from her bank but eurotexsell have disputed and said she had recieved pram and signed which she states in review is not the case ,out of all the reviews on shoptora ,cartbright,shopora etc same company no one has had a refund or goods , my bank sent me a letter saying eurotexsell have 30days to dispute chargeback if they try and say that I have recieved goods or refund I will have to report to police as no goods or refund by eurotexsell only recieved a temporary refund chargeback payment by my debit card provider will update in 30 days the outcome

Ordered Philips Lumea Prestige IPL and recieved order confirmation and payment receipt. Showing 975 in stock promised delivery 3-5 days.

Like everyone else got an email from Alexandra saying large rush of orders meant 15-20 WORKING days delay.

I contacted them repeatedly via website to cancel order but all I got were emails with questions like what is your name, address, what had I ordered etc? despite me attaching order confirmation to query.

Ordered 4th November and 5th December still no goods. I have had to ask credit card company to get refund

Ordered on 20th October. Still no delivery, Many, many emails later. The cam is that they reply to your email asking you for a piece of information - order number (despite having provided that - you can't reply to the email thread so you have to start again). The next time they ask me for another piece of information (address)....this continues, despite having responded with the original order from included in the responses each time...today. Yesterday they email me asking me if I am sure I want to cancel. I respond saying yes and include the original order form with all details. Today they email me saying can I reply telling them my name!!! So I have now had to report it to the fraud protection service at my bank. Steer well clear of this and anything with the name Eurotext Sell or Shopora

This company does not exist. Their website, customer service etc has disappeared. No item has ever arrived and money taken. Spoken to others who also cannot find a trace of them anywhere.

They didn’t send the parcel, they didn’t answer the emails and the website doesn’t work.

Would love to get a refund but the Shoptora website and customer contact email are no longer working. Hope my credit card company will have better luck.

Shoptora if you want to report this review as in breach of Trustpilot guidelines then do the decent thing and refund order EKSKUWDDP immediately and I will write a glowingly positive review.

I paid for a fire stick weeks ago and have not received it. There is no way to contact anyone as the links to the site now do not work. I reported them to my bank and fortunately was refunded the money I spent. The worst thing is that they are reporting people for leaving bad reviews on here. This should be a forum where companies like shoptora are outed for what they are. This is the second time I have tried to leave a review. Hopefully people will see it so they don’t have the same experience that I did.
