I had purchased a suit through them and I made a mistake when ordering. I contacted them immediately and their team took care of it right away to help me. Also, the sample suit they send is extremely helpful if you haven’t bought a suit before. The fabric and fit was 10/10 everything I hoped it would be. I can’t wait to get my final order in! Revelry is 20/10
I have ordered through Revelry twice now(not including at home try-ons) and their customer service is genuinely amazing. Any question/concern I have had has been answered so fast and they're so kind. I have worked with Andrea a couple times via email and she has been so helpful and kind. I will only be ordering dresses from Revelry at this point. The customer service is unmatched and the dresses are stunning.

Revelry is an incredible site. I used revelry for my bridesmaid dresses. Having access for the try on option was fantastic, all dresses came in great shape. When we decided on our final dresses and sizes the dresses were absolutely beautiful and fantastic quality. I have a variety of sizes for bridesmaids and all of their dresses fit each one perfectly. I had to seek an exchange / refund due to one of my bridesmaids expecting and ask for a larger size. They made the experience so easy and communicated perfectly for an easy return process. Such a positive experience!

Misleading sizing and poor customer…
Misleading sizing and poor customer service. Exact height and measurements got me a pathetic excuse of a dress. I’m spending a fortune on tailoring. Team acknowledges their sizing is wrong and misleading but refuse to make any changes.
The exchange they offered wouldn’t make it in time and would cost me $100+. In addition to the $300 I’ve already spent on an a dress that isn’t worth half that based on material and quality. Their “free exchange” fails to mention the 25% restock fee and failure to deliver in time. I would rather pay a tailor 5x that than deal with this company again. Please save your bridesmaids the trouble and $$.

When selecting dress length, we always recommend taking a waist-to-hem measurement in the shoes you plan to wear, as that is the most accurate way to determine the best length. Our height chart is intended as a general guide, since factors like proportions, shoes, and personal preference can all affect how a dress falls. It can be a helpful starting point, but waist-to-hem is especially important when someone falls between two length options by height.
We understand that the 51” length felt much longer than expected in your case, and we appreciate you taking the time to share that feedback. We have passed your concerns along to our team for further review.
To help with the situation, we offered an exchange into the shorter 46" length that we have available on hand, which would not have required an additional purchase, along with an alternative return resolution. If you decide you would still like to move forward with either option, our team would be happy to assist.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size dress, and was having a meltdown with how stressed I was. I was so incredibly lucky and grateful to get an incredible customer service agent named Andrea. Andrea immediately helped alleviate my stress and sent me a shipping label to return the dress for the full amount. She then kept me updated throughout the return/verification process and responded to all my emails extremely quickly. She was amazing and her kindness and help gave me an amazing experience. Exceptional Customer Service
I found out I was pregnant after purchasing my bridesmaid dress and needed to exchange it outside of the return window. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I’m so grateful for the understanding and flexibility they showed.

The dresses chosen on models are not flattering. It did not make me excited for the dresses or that my bride chose this company. It made me feel like none of the dresses would look good, and I was being forced to choose ugly dresses. There are so many limited options for a line dresses as well that are truly a line.
