CRAP SERVICE

As explained to you via email, you're mistaken about the warranty of the controller. You simply need to upload a copy of your invoice to your Microsoft account and your warranty for the item goes from your purchase date. You also haven't contacted us prior to your email last night.

Not totally happy with function

Broken item delivered and no way to contact company!
Item delivered on time however it is not brand new. A key component was damaged and it was clearly a repackaged item.
No response to any emails sent
Website has a non functioning live chat
The phone number on the website is never answered
£300 spent to receive a faulty item and no way to contact this company !!

As confirmed, the item was brand new and unused; however, it appears that both the packaging and the product were unfortunately damaged during transit by the courier. To resolve this, we have arranged a collection, and the item will be returned to us.

A speedy delivery…
I was advised delivery would be up to 5 days and was a little worried as it was a birthday gift but thankfully it came within 3 days So really pleased with a speedy delivery Plus the driver rang to make sure I was home and said he would be with me in next 5 minutes !
