(Missing items/inactive customer service)
I placed an order for two cases of Baileys (12 bottles total) but only received a single package containing 2 individual bottles. I am trying to resolve this and get a refund for the order, but the company’s customer service is completely inactive. The listed phone number does not work, and the live chat doesn’t get a reply and even says it was last open/active in 2023. Unacceptable service. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my bank.

Bought a Karcher K3 on Wednesday because my Hyundai burnt out the day before. Arrived on Friday and I’ve just spent 2 days cleaning stone patios, paths and walling. It’s like driving a BMW if you had a Corsa and it cost less than a £100!

Avoid! I was sent an opened concealer. I’ve contacted them and had no response.

Really quick delivery

Paid for next day delivery (placed my order on a Saturday). I expected my order to arrive on the Tuesday as I appreciate Sunday isn’t a working day. My order didn’t arrive until the Wednesday even though it was dispatched on the Monday. I contacted shop play and they completely ignored me. This item was for a gift on the Tuesday.

Great service and great product

I have bought a coffee machine from them and it has arrived in damaged box. When I opened the box the water tank was all smashed up. I am trying to contact them for a collection and a refund but they are not answering my email or text yet. I have tried the phone number but I is cut off after one second.
May be stupidly ive reorder from them as I one delivered by the end of the week as it’s a present to a family member.

The coffee machine I ordered is faulty. I've emailed shopplay but have had no response. I tried phoning but the number doesn't work. I tried the chatbot but that doesn't work. They didn't even send an email after I purchased the machine, which is standard. I've had to contact my bank to pull the payment. It arrived quickly, it was a good price, so perhaps that's why the reviews are generally good, but this company will not intervene when their customers have problems. Never again

I never received the original email in normal mail or junk mail, however received after this review and all working fine, I’ve amended the experience due to the resolution.

Item delivered within 3 days and very competitively priced. However, I did not receive any order confirmation and when I emailed to request this, I also received no answer.

No purchase confirmation email received no communication on order what so ever item arrived securely packaged days later. 4 stars for price and quick delivery items packaged secure. One star for zero communication on order received or despatched I did not know what was happening with my order. I was about to contact Shopplay when parcel arrived out the blue chap at the door I was relieved order was genuine. Major improvement on communication.

It's legit, I was looking to buy an old game called ‘Goosebumps the game’ since I remember watching someone play it on youtube when I was younger and I thought it looked good but when I went to buy it on my Xbox I found out that it had been delisted! And it was digital only so I just couldn't get a disc so I looked and looked until I found this website that was selling it for only 4 GB or since I was in Canada about 7 CAD… so I didn't find it anywhere else so I took the chance to he scammed out of 7 dollars and bought it, and then I had to email them but I got the code! Now I can play this game whenever I want to and of course I had to get a VPN since it was a UK Xbox code. So I do recommend for people not in the uk to get a vpn before buying digital products and to email them asking where your code or whatever is, and I don’t think you can use this site for any real life products unless you use a forward-shipping service if your not in the Uk
