Disgrace

Hiding behind a uk adress and it all comes from china it was stated 10 days at most for my package and it took 18 days meaning I couldn’t finish the job and lost out on money and when I contacted customer support they had nothing to say other than it would be 6-10 working days like stated when ordered

DO NOT USE this company

DO NOT USE this company. When you order you’re not aware the goods come from China. They don’t despatch instantly and I placed an order on the 6th November the goods weren’t despatched till 18th November I’m still awaiting for the goods now 5th December. Email response poor. I cannot get a refund !

Poor quality, no response to return

I purchased handles from Goldenwarm, when they arrived they were not very good quality at all. I’ve emailed them multiple times to return them and they haven’t responded, despite the fact that I meet their return criteria. Don’t buy from them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! HIGHLY MISLEADING! Scam!

This company looks amazing from the website and mentions offices in UK and US however it is not based in the UK but China! This became clear when emails kept avoiding giving me a tracking number. I had to prompt the company for information and updates at every turn. They never reached out to me. It took so long and had caused problems with my builder and extra money! Terrible service!

When my order did arrive what was stated as gold was clearly rose gold/bronze and did not match the cabinets at all. Packaging was also very basic - essentially handles stuffed into a bag with a load of screws shoved in. My order also arrived in two parts and arrived over a week a part which was also not communicated to me. I have asked for a refund but I am yet to hear back. Their website says they do not give refunds because of colour etc. However this is against UK law! With distance selling you are legally entitled to a refund if you have not seen the product. Spend your money locally. Overall awful experience.

I would NEVER order anything from this…

I would NEVER order anything from this company again. The products look wonderful. I wouldn't know if they are as what I ordered over a month ago has yet to arrive. The tracking number didn't track anything at all. It gave me the name of a dozen shipping companies to contact. And the shipping costs were MORE THAN what I purchased! If I ever receive the product I'll let you about the quality of it.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

I paid nearly $2,000 for handles with over $400 in shipping and have now waited a month and STILL have not received my Caninet handles! Stay far away from this company unless you never want to receive what you paid for. I was robbed and still have no idea when my handles will be mailed!

Misleading delivery information on website

We got out new kitchen so came across this company where we saw very good collection of handles (not sure how it will be in reality) so we ordered on 27th Aug. Thats where the the trap is ! website while ordering showed 6-10 business days arrival but after order I have been waiting till date (more than 12 business days) with no information on my shipping..these guys have no contact information only email, so I reached out to know that they have handling of 3-5 business days before shipping.. so we waited for a week.. after the chaser again they said 5-7 business days handling... now I chased them back two days ago to check and they said will update once shipped... looks like we have to wait for months to get handles!!

Customer service was responsive until 2 days ago when I asked for refund as I don't wish to wait that long.. they have not come back at all... I will update my review once I hear back but this is highly misleading and disappointing.. please be aware

Dont buy; never delivers and false promises

I ordered some handles...while ordering it says delivery on 5-7 days. After 7 days I reached out and they said their preparation time is 5-7 days and delivery window starts only after that. So, its 10-14 days. But even after 15 working days (excl. weekends), item still not delivered. They provided a royalmail ref but that hasnt been updated for more than a week and its waiting for collection.

When asked for refund, they wont process that also. Worst experience. Still I havent got my money or the item (which is no use to me as I ordered from somewhere else!).

Customer service reply with a standard message.

EDIT (9-Sep) below response from the company shows how standard their response is. They saying Royalmail yet to pick up but then asking me order number -- which shows they dont know any details but blaming Royalmail.
I was supposed to get credit (refund) 4 days ago and still not received.
