I placed an order for cabinet handles for a new home. The order said it was shipped within 24 hours and gave me a tracking number. 3 weeks after I can not get anyone to answer from company and the tracking number says it's in New York and no new updates. I'm contacting my credit card Monday and reporting it as a fraud and requesting a 100% refund.

According to the latest tracking information, your package was delivered to your mailbox on May 14th. We recommend double-checking the mailbox and surrounding areas. If you still can’t locate it, you may also want to check with others in the household or your local post office.

Terrible experience and company. I got email from them that they can’t complete my order because some of the items are out due to material issues. I asked to be fully reimbursed. No answer for over a week and I placed over $500 order through their website. Stay away from this company…. They seem aweful

Shipping took nearly a month & I had a deadline so I had to get hardware elsewhere.
Just now they’ve informed me that in order to refund I will have to send the items to china at my own expense - which will be greater than the amount owed for the return.

I ordered some wardrobe doors handles from Goldenwarm, they arrived with in a week. The handles are really good quality and exactly what I was looking for. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size, I will definitely be re ordering in the correct size. Customer service team have been really helpful!

Don’t use this company
Despite the name and only shipping to the UK, this is not a UK based company. If you change your mind when your order arrives and the item isn’t quite right, and want to return something, you are expected to send it back to China. Nowhere in their returns policy do they say returns must be sent to China. I am happy to items back to a UK address at my expense, I am not asking them to cover the shipping for an item that is not faulty. It also took a week before they would even provide me with that address.

Most elegant, beautiful drawer pulls
I recently ordered Luxury Zinc Alloy Cabinet Handles in tea gold and once again impressed with the quality and delivery. I had installed their drawer pulls for my kitchen almost a year ago and they still look brand new ( no fading or losing color). These ones look beautiful and goes so well in my master closet which has a vintage look. Absolutely love and 100% recommend these products

Terrible service…
The service I received from Goldenwarm was nothing short of appalling. The item and showed as in stock and available for delivery within6-10 days. After three weeks of waiting I contacted them to be told the item was out of stock but could be shipped a week later. I agreed to wait. I wasn’t advised that item had been shipped until I chased them again. Over five weeks after my original order a package arrived containing only part of my order. Again only after complaining was I advised that my order had been shipped in two parts. One five days after the first. Upshot is, if you want to know when you’ll get your item, or you want it delivered quicker than two months probably dont order from here.
