I placed an order for 2 Benefit Cosmetics Bad gal mascaras. Instead, I received 2 Mini mascaras. The picture in their site, is for a normal size mascara and nowhere did they stated that it was a mini mascara.
I filled out the returns form and even though they had the option to take back the products from my place, I could only proceed with the return application if I chose to leave it to a box now!

I ordered a lux cove item a week ago from shopklix.com I’m still waiting for the order. Customer service is dreadful When I try and track my package It’s saying it hasn’t even left the depot I’d give this company 0 stars if I could

There is nothing more worst than this company unprofessional and never respect the consumer and I can see from the reviews I am not the only one let's wish them good luck to be somehow profesional because the way they are working Will never be any close to professional. They have policies we can't do that this etc my last time ordering from this very bad company with very bad costumer service that I am sure they are excusing themselves and all the things they are doing.

Ασυμφωνία ημερομηνίας παράδοσης μεταξύ klikareto κ shopflix κατά 15 μέρες - και οι 2 από ένα αστεράκι. Το μόνο που μπορώ να κάνω.

The package arrived damaged i ask them for a refund i send pictures of the products they told me to fill the refund form . I did it i did everything correctly and nobody came to pick the package. I tryed to give the package back myself but not even that worked. Biggest scam in country. Thanks

Αγόρασα στις 20/08/2025 από το Shopflix ένα Poco F7 12/512 αξίας 418,13€. Παρέλαβα λάθος προϊόν (12/256). Επικοινώνησα άμεσα και η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν γίνεται αντικατάσταση, μόνο επιστροφή χρημάτων. Παρόλα αυτά, έχουν περάσει 25 μέρες και ακόμα δεν έχει επιστραφεί το ποσό, ενώ η κάρτα μου συνεχίζει να χρεώνεται.
Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση και πλήρης ασέβεια προς τον καταναλωτή. Δεν θα ξαναπροτιμήσω – προτείνω προσοχή σε όσους σκέφτονται να αγοράσουν.

Ordered a mobile phone on 12th of August,estimated delivery time was at 5th of SeptemberThe package was never delivered and neither the delivery company or the shop would answer where my package has gone.After many phone calls got an email on the 15th of September that my package was lost.Asked if they could resend the same phone as it was still available at the same prize ,couldn’t do it.
Just unbelievable!

I always from shopflix and all is ok and on time delivered to my house

I bought a perfume from ShopFlix for €102 (including shipping) and five days later they told me that the price was no longer valid and that it actually costs €180. Since I had already paid, it is unacceptable to change the price afterwards. Even in a physical store this would never happen. I will never trust ShopFlix again and I do not recommend it.

Είναι μεσάζοντες, εντελώς απαράδεκτοι σε όλα, αγόρασα ένα κινητό 23/08/2025 το οποίο ήταν διαθέσιμο αλλά από κατάστημα κλειστό έως 31/8/2025
Από παραδρομής έκανα λάθος στον τύπο από Redmi note σε Redmi πράγμα που έγινε αντιληπτό στις 25/08/2025, μπορούσε να αποσταλεί μια μικρή διαφορά που υπήρχε 5-6 ευρώ και να παρέμεναν οι δόσεις ως ειχαν Το πρόβλημα δεν διευθετήθηκε γιατί ακριβώς ειναι μεσάζοντες και πουλάνε αέρα κοπανιστό, ου μπλέξεις!!

Very bad service. I bought a phone from BARKTECH (A Greek company) and they sent me a broken phone that they didn't change. I sent back the phone as requested. They kept it but they didn't give back the money!!!!! Agents at customer care are Kind but they are not informed at all about Company's procedure and they cannot help.

I placed an order with Shopflix and they took the payment, but the order was never delivered. When I contacted the call center and asked to speak with a manager, they were not helpful at all. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Απαράδεκτη εμπειρία.
Έκανα παραγγελία πριν από έναν μήνα και μου έστειλαν email λέγοντας ότι το προϊόν θα χρειαστεί περίπου έναν μήνα για να παραδοθεί λόγω περιορισμένης διαθεσιμότητας. Το δέχτηκα και συμφώνησα να περιμένω.

Τώρα που πέρασε ο μήνας, με ενημερώνουν ότι τελικά δεν μπορούν να το παραδώσουν καθόλου λόγω "μειωμένου αποθέματος". Δηλαδή, περιμέναμε άσκοπα τόσο καιρό χωρίς αποτέλεσμα.

Καθόλου επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και καθόλου σοβαρή επιχείρηση. Αν δεν μπορείτε να εκπληρώσετε μια παραγγελία, ενημερώστε άμεσα — όχι μετά από έναν μήνα.

Αν σκέφτεστε να παραγγείλετε από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα, ξανασκεφτείτε το.
Αναξιόπιστοι και χρονοβόροι. Δεν αξίζει τον κόπο.

Inconsistency and mockery.
The original delivery date was 25-26/7. My order was placed on 17/7. Then the date was changed again and went to 31/7.I spoke to the call center twice on the phone to no avail. They are fooling people by giving immediate delivery to choose the product and then it arrives when it suits them.Inconsistent and unacceptable. They give false information to get an order.

Μετά από 3 μήνες αναμονή και κάποια μπερδέματα με το πακέτο μου δεν στάλθηκε ποτέ και το μόνο που έκαναν ήταν επιστροφή χρημάτων ενώ το αντικείμενο που είχα πάρει μέσα σε αυτούς τους 3 μήνες αυξήθηκε η τιμή παντού κατά 85€. 3 μήνες χωρίς παραλαβή και μείον έξτρα 85€.

Inconsistent with the delivery dates. I bought something on April 25th, estimates delivery June 23rd. On June 25th I send an email and I get an automatic response that it might take another 4 weeks…. First and last time for me using it.

There can be no worse. Very long delivery times and inefficient logistical support by ignoring emails or giving false information for their benefit. more than 3 weeks because they appear on the app delivery to the carrier while several days ago they had already falsely confirmed that the shipment had taken place. false answers from both shopflix and the purchase store (Diogenistore). False and unreliable

Αγόρασα ακουστικά από την επίσημη ιστοσελίδα shopflix και σύντομα διαπίστωσα ότι το προϊόν δεν ήταν γνήσιο. Από τότε προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω για να βρεθεί λύση, αλλά η εξυπηρέτηση είναι ανύπαρκτη.

Η μόνη "βοήθεια" που έλαβα από την εταιρεία ήταν να μου δίνουν επανειλημμένα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας από το κατάστημα που, όπως ισχυρίζονται, ήταν ο προμηθευτής τους. Μάλιστα, τα στοιχεία αυτά αφορούσαν ακόμα και υπαλλήλους που δεν εργάζονται πια εκεί. Αντί να αναλάβουν την ευθύνη ως πωλητής, με παρέπεμπαν συνεχώς αλλού, χωρίς καμία ουσιαστική διάθεση να λύσουν το πρόβλημα.

Από τον Ιανουάριο αντιμετωπίζω αυτή την κατάσταση, χωρίς καμία πραγματική υποστήριξη, ούτε σε επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης ούτε σε επίπεδο προστασίας καταναλωτή. Δεν αποδέχομαι τη δικαιολογία ότι το προϊόν προέρχεται από τρίτο – η αγορά έγινε μέσω της δικής τους πλατφόρμας και η ευθύνη είναι δική τους.

Μηδενική αξιοπιστία, μηδενική εξυπηρέτηση, καμία υπευθυνότητα. Δεν συνιστώ σε κανέναν να αγοράσει από την εταιρεία αυτή.

1 cause I bought two iPhone 12 Pro silicone cases and on site they said that they are genuine apple cases which was not correct , so I got 2 iPhone 12 Pro cases fake ones that they supposed to be legit I don’t recommend this garbage of an site fist and last time I’m ordering from there and they got almost 2 weeks to send the stuff which they said it would take only 2-3 not recommend it stay away!

I ordered for 2 different accounts 2 or 3 times. Every time they were not punctual to their delivery. They blame the courier and the courier blames them. I have been every time forced to wait for the delivery service at home for no reason. Really bad.
