Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, γρήγορη αποστολή και στην ώρα της (σπανιο)

Οτι χειρότερο μπορούσαν και όμως το έκαναν, παραγγελία GR--31703673 για δώρο στην κόρη μου αγορά και πληρωμή 31/12 /25 αλλά στις 20/1/26 έλαβα μνμ ότι δεν μπορεί να διεκπεραιωθεί λόγω έλλειψης στο συνεργαζόμενο κατάστημα *20 ημέρες μετά !!?? ..επίσης σου εισπράττουν τα χρήματα τα κρατάνε στα ταμεία τους για 20+7 ..δλδ 27 ήμερες και ΕΣΥ τελικά αγόρασες δλδ μόνο θυμό και απογοήτευση!! Μείνετε μακριά από αυτούς και ας ''φαίνονται'' φθηνότεροι τελικά ίσως είναι μόνο φθηνοί !!

Shopflix is the best app for me by far considering e-shopping. Similar to Skroutz ok, but Shopflix has brought shopping to the next level! The choices are endless in all product categories and for all kinds of budget. Just give it a try, you won't t be disappointed!

I ordered a case for my phone and everything was handled quite smoothly. I can say I am satisfied, and will purchase again.

I have shopped so many times in the past and i never had any issue with my deliveries. Outstanding delivery times and user navigation experience of the website.

Completed most of my Christmas shopping online using shopflix because of their new Shopflix max service. What would otherwise be at least 30€ of shipping, I completed with 10€, and everything was pretty much on time (I used BoxNow). My latest purchase was a sweater from the 'para pente' tv series which was exclusively sold on shopflix.

Long time online buyer, but this is at least to me unheard of...bought a product from the Shopflix app and my order disappeared after the message appeared on the screen :" Your order is successful! ". "Product will be delivered 21/01/2026, we will sent you a confirmation email of your order right away". I'm still waiting...( No order reappeared, no confirmation email, and i'm still talking with the Shopflix representatives). I ve been doing online shopping for 15 years now , both in Greece as well as abroad. A simple : we're SORRY for the inconvenience, our app malfunctioned , or the retailer backed down or run out of the product, would be nice to hear. Bad experience.
UPDATE:
As I have already contacted your sales team several times about the order , there's nothing that needs to be resolved anymore as you have apologized so politely in your current response. To me it's not only about the order disappearing, the important thing is how we deal with the customers after that. Glitches in the system can happen, but I'm totally pleased with the apology offered and I'm changing my rating to 4 only bc of that.

Customer service was below average. I was expecting my delivery between Monday and Tuesday, which was then delayed until Wednesday with no updates or communication whatsoever. When I contacted the shop, I was told it was the courier’s fault, and when I contacted the courier, they pointed back to the shop. No one took responsibility or kept me informed. Disappointing experience, to say the least.

If i could give them a -5 stars I would. Avoid like the plague. Bunch of muppets running the whole show.

I recently purchased from Shopflix and due to their competitive pricing which was several euros cheaper than other retailers. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward.

My delivery did experience a delay, but when I reached out to customer support, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They promptly explained that the delay was due to the farmers' strikes affecting logistics across the country (something I hadn't been aware of), and took proactive steps to ensure no further delays would occur. Their communication was clear, friendly, and professional throughout.

While the delivery timing wasn't ideal, it was completely beyond Shopflix's control, and their handling of the situation was exemplary. The combination of great pricing and genuinely helpful customer service has earned my review. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH THE COMPANY AND THEY DID NOT DEAL AT ALL WITH THE DISTRIBUTION COMPANY THEY WORK WITH AND WHICH DID NOT RECEIVE THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT WHICH WAS WRONG IN ITS TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS, TRAGIC SERVICE, COMPLAINT OF COURSE TO THE CONSUMER OMBUDSMAN AND THE GENERAL SECRETARIAT OF TRADΕ

The site claims to be just an intermediary with no liability whatsoever. I ordered three duvets and when the courier brought just two I contacted the agent I paid, which is shopflix and not the shop. Shopflix told me to call the shop!!!! I did this and the shop told me that they gave the courier 3 items. Do not use Shopflix, use skroutz that guarantees when you select the option to buy through it.

I ordered an item that was available! After the payment, I received an email that the order cannot be handled due to the lack of the product!
ARE YOU KIDDING US???! This is a joke! Now my money are reserved for 1.5 weeks!!!! Since you cannot do your work in a professional way, at least give me my money back at once! I guess if you could do that, you could have updated your storage details as well.

I placed an order for a TV. The store couldn’t process it because of their own mistake. And instead of calling me to let me know, or at least apologizing or offering alternative products, they just sent me an email — which I only happened to see by chance.

I wanted the TV as a gift, and now I have to wait for my money to be refunded before I can look for other options.

Never again with Shopflix — first and last time. Be careful, guys — they’ve completely lost the plot.

Απαράδεκτο site. Βάζουν προσφορές για να μαζέψουν χρήματα και μετά αφού σε παιδέψουν αρκετά σου στέλνουν ένα συγνώμη λέγοντας ότι η προσφορά δεν ισχύει και δεν μπορούμε να σας εξυπηρετήσουμε αλλά θα σας επιστρέψουμε τα χρήματα σας. Ήμουν τυχερός και τα πήρα μετά από ενάμιση μήνα Φυσικά αφού είχα χάσει την περίοδο των προσφορών από άλλα καταστήματα !!!

Το Shopflix.gr έχει τελειοποιήσει την τέχνη του λεγόμενου corporate pimping — του να παρουσιάζεις την εκμετάλλευση σαν «εξυπηρέτηση». Παίρνουν τα χρήματά σου με ενθουσιασμό, την παραγγελία σου με αδιαφορία και την υπομονή σου ως δεδομένη. Η επικοινωνία είναι ρομποτική, τα χρονοδιαγράμματα φανταστικά και η υπευθυνότητα… προαιρετική. Ένα σύστημα φτιαγμένο όχι για να εξυπηρετεί, αλλά για να απομυζά τον πελάτη με τον πιο «επαγγελματικό» τρόπο. Μια εντυπωσιακή επίδειξη του πώς μπορείς να δείχνεις αξιόπιστος ενώ λειτουργείς αρπακτικά.

Απογοητευτική Εμπειρία με SHOPFLIX & Waterfresh

Η αγορά μου από το κατάστημα Waterfresh μέσω του SHOPFLIX υπήρξε εξαιρετικά προβληματική. Παρά τη λεπτομερή περιγραφή του προϊόντος (συσκευή φίλτρου νερού PENTAIR 2GSL Single), κατά την παραλαβή λείπανε βασικά εξαρτήματα που αναφέρονται ως περιλαμβανόμενα - συγκεκριμένα, οι μεταλλικοί μαστοί εισαγωγής/εξαγωγής 1/2" και οι βίδες στερέωσης. Επιπλέον, οι διαστάσεις των εξόδων/εισόδων στη συσκευή που παρέλαβα δεν αντιστοιχούσαν τόσο στη φωτογραφία του προϊόντος όσο και στην περιγραφή του site.

Η επικοινωνία με την υποστήριξη του SHOPFLIX ήταν χρονοβόρα και τελικά αναποτελεσματική – το μόνο που έκαναν ήταν να μεταφέρουν το θέμα στο συνεργαζόμενο κατάστημα, το οποίο ουσιαστικά αρνήθηκε το πρόβλημα και μου είπε να αγοράσω ξεχωριστά τα εξαρτήματα που έπρεπε να περιλαμβάνονται. Κι ενώ ζήτησα επιστροφή, η SHOPFLIX επικαλέστηκε παρέλευση 14 ημερών για την μεσολάβηση, παρά το ότι η καθυστέρηση στις απαντήσεις οφείλεται στη δική τους αργή διαχείριση και τις συνεχείς υπενθυμίσεις από εμένα.

Η όλη διαδικασία έδειξε έλλειψη υπευθυνότητας τόσο από το κατάστημα όσο και από το marketplace – ούτε το πρόβλημα επιλύθηκε, ούτε τα χρήματά μου επιστράφηκαν, ούτε υπήρξε διάθεση πραγματικής εξυπηρέτησης πελάτη.

I order to toy from shopflix and i paid 28 euros . After 2 days they inform me that the products do not exist and therefore cannot send me the products. They inform me that they would return the money within 5-7 days. Keep away i fill they use the money .
