I ordered a “free” pair of sunglasses in April, paid $10 for shipping and I never received them. It’s been 2 months.

Order has been in Shanghai for the past 17 days with no update

I have been wating nearly 1 month for a single pair of sunglasses. This is pretty ridiculous. WIll not be ordering again. I will also let anyone I know how poor this experience was.

I still haven’t received my package. It’s been 3 months

It’s almost been 20 days and I don’t have my package. Nor can I check the tracking of the package.

My two pairs of sunglasses arrived after a couple months (during the COVID-19 epidemic), and there was a couple snags in delivery. What was amazing though was the 5th and Baldwin's PR team in helping me understand the process and willingness to answer any questions I had. They were exceptionally professional, and I love the glasses. Fashionable, sturdy, and honestly have so many more details than half the sunglasses I own despite me spending only $10 a pair. Well done 5th and Baldwin team.

It has been over 2 months and I have yet to receive my order! I will never order from her again

Selection process was simple as was checking out. Still waiting for a confirmation email about shipping. I would make another purchase from this company if the glasses are of good quality.

7 weeks since the order was placed. order hasn’t turned Up. Company not interested in resolving the issue.

I have not gotten confirmation that my order has been shipped, frankly a little nervous that I won’t get them. If I do get them I’ll be super happy but again haven’t received any word on where they might be even though I signed up for email and text updates.

Ordered on 17th May, tracking hasn't updated since 'air transport' on 2nd June. Now over a month later (23rd June) I have no idea of where the item is and couldn't get any more information when contacting customer service. No plane takes 20 days to land! I understand that delivery is slow, however having no communication about the item is unacceptable.

It was easy enough for my son to navigate.

Ordered in Sept 2019 and have only received 1/3 pairs and they still haven't given me my money back after countless attempts. They're trying to 'sort out the issue' when it has almost been a year. I just want my money back.

Very straight forward, and easy to use.
