Ordered sunglasses over 2 months ago and I still haven’t gotten them and when I got to check the tracking number it says it’s not even available. Don’t order from here it’s a scam.

I ordered these on May 23rd and I still don’t have them. And all they tell me is that they have shipped.

Terrible. Ordered sunglasses in May and they have still not shown up 3rd July. Messaged Customer Service which keep sending me a generic response saying that the glasses have shipped. However there have been no updates with regards the tracking in approx 5 weeks. Complaints made have not been answered and I am now left to cancel my credit card issuer to initiate a merchant charge back so that I can obtain a refund. AVOID!!!!

Placed my order in October. It never showed up I emailed asking for updates and was told it was stuck in customs and it would show up. 9 months later I’m still asking where it is and I’m told that it’s my fault the order didn’t show up because I gave them the LA address (which I didn’t.) instead of the address with my specific city. They tried to get me to call usps to some things and usps has no record of the product. All they offered me was 20% of my Next order. This company is a scam

It’s been almost a month since I ordered and still have yet to receive anything

Think this whole thing is a scam tracking number has not been registered to anything and I have yet to receive anything about where the package is coming from if it has really been shipped or anything and have not received the package either I ordered on june 20th it should have at least left it's original location by now

I ordered 3 pairs 9.5 weeks ago and am yet to receive anything. When I email to enquire I receive the same copy and past message saying that they have been dispatched but may take longer than usual..... I'm not holding my breath.

Never received the order, whole thing is a scam.

I ordered a pair of free sunglasses from this website via Instagram. All I had to do was pay the shipping fee. The glasses took about a month to come and I forgot I even ordered them. To my surprise they were lovely. My favourite glasses and the following month I got another pair free. I wouldn’t bother ordering again but its good to know they came at least.

Website was easy to use and straight to the point.

I have been waiting since April 20th and I still have not gotten my order. It has been 8 weeks and this is ridiculous

I bought these glasses that were really cute, but it’s been WEEKS since I heard from the store about the product I bought. I’m also pretty sure I can’t get my money back, but that’s on me for trusting a website from Instagram. The point is, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE OR ON INSTAGRAM ADS!!! SCAM!!!

The order was good but when my order arrived one of the sunglasses lense was too floppy and I emailed and said this but they said they couldn’t do nothing and I’m really annoyed because I waited soo long and got excited it got here and I saw this sooo not happy with how it came

Over 2 months and have not received package. Would not recommend for anyone to use.

Absolutely horrible experience ordering from here. Ordered a pair of their free promo glasses where u pay for shipping, and it has now been about 3 months since I have ordered with no sight of them and no update. Emailed them twice, once at 7 weeks after order and then a month later, both times they told me “check back after 8 weeks, expect delays due to COVID-19”, meanwhile I have received packages from Australia in half the time. When I demanded a refund they said the same thing, they are not reliable at all and it is not worth it, do not recommend ordering from them at all. Plus, their customer service takes 2-3 days to reply to emails which is much too long for any company. Terrible customer service, terrible amount of time to wait for a pair of glasses.

I ordered the “free giveaway” sunglasses about a month ago and I still haven’t received them. Paid $10 for shipping and they still aren’t here. It’s not the point that I paid 10 bucks it’s that they are just using the “free sunglasses” name to get people on their website. I just suggest if you are going to advertise like that you need to actually let the customer receive their order. Annoying.

I ordered glasses in April and they aren’t here as of June 25th. Waste of time and money. Will be asking for a refund.

Awful. Never received my order. Wasted money and time. Emailed the company multiple times over the course of 3 months only for them to finally respond and tell me it was dead mail and I wouldn’t receive my order. Don’t waste your time and money here-buy from a company that actually follows through with orders and has a shipment tracking system that works.
