This is a SCAM, do not order anything from this company. I ordered a woman's shaver for $7.99 and they charged me that and $49 which I don't even know what that is for. I give them 0 stars and a double middle finger! I will be turning them into the BBB and I locked my card and reported to my bank. There is a special place in Hell for people like this. It is hard enough trying to make it and I occasionally have a little extra to make small purchases for myself and this f'in happens!

I had a legitimate order that was received yet this organisation have hit my credit card for other amounts not associated with any purchase on multiple occassions. Not an ethical business. Bank has stopped all eroneous payments so I'm not out of pocket but very annoying. No response from the organisation.

I ordered something in June for $11.98. Now these thieves are charging me $49.00 every month. I have already threatened legal action.
Immediately block credit card and replace, there is no other option.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This site is a TOTAL SCAM. Block their page and ads on ALL your social media and report them to authorities. Like others on here I got taken for the "membership" fee for months before finally filing a dispute with my bank and directly emailing them with the threat of a lawsuit. They responded, though an AI bot, about canceling and refunding me but ONLY if I remove the fraud dispute with my bank first. No way! Big red flag that they have NO PLANS of doing either and only showed a "cancelation" because I reported them to the authorities. The only reason they cancelled anything is because I had already made the fraud dispute. They have a Cancel My Membership form on their website but that is a scam too because I tried that first and received no communication and they still charged me. They are liars and thieves.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered something on June 11. It is now Sept 21 and nothing has arrived. They keep stringing me along with delayed shipping and tracking...and will not issue me a refund. This seems like a scam company to me. BEWARE!!!

3 times Ive tried to finish my review and they've disappeared. I have the same experience of being charged $49 a month since June for something that cost €9.95 and was utter rubbish. Found out through the help line of my bank. Have been On their website and cancelled my membership. Got a message flashed up YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS CANCELLED. Could not save this. I also wrote to them and they say they reply in 72 hours but did not get one. I am waiting to see what happens in October and if there is a charge I will block my card and apply for a new one. THEY ARE TRULY SCAMMING PEOPLE. Elon Musk is involved with this company.

I purchased a kitchen, drain plug and basket. It took forever to get the item number one and number two when I did receive it. It did not fit in American Standard drain. They have refused to do anything about it! I purchased the item in May and contacted them July, when I finally received the item and found out that it was not the right fit. I called their 800 number and the woman proceeded to tell me that it fits a standard drain in China!!! I asked the woman why do you sell these products in the US if they don’t fit our standard drain. She proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do about it. They refused to give me my money back. They also tried to charge me $49 for a membership and I quickly made them cancel that but there are literally hundreds of people maybe more that have been charged for the membership fee! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF‼️‼️

ShopatMars and they have tried to charge my debit card twice in amount of $49.00 each time
Fortunately I caught it both times and after 2nd attempt cancelled that debit card. I have now checked and read many many reviews of ppl ordering from this company then being charged same amount monthly ($49) afterwards for a so-called membership fee. This company goes by MallatMars, ShopatMars and probably other names but they are not legitimate and WILL steal from you

Since a purchase of USD 11 in June 2024, MALLOFMARS has charged USD 49 monthly on the same credit card for the fourth consecutive time.

Without any legitimate basis, MALLOFMARS is using the credit card details illegally – this is fraud!

Animals, thieves and scammers. They wait til you order something small and then steal 100s of dollars by withdrawing different amounts irregularly over months. Do not be scammed by these fraudulent pigs and scammers.

On September 1st I purchased a phone lanyard and was charged $5.99 USD = $8.29 CDN. Item received last week. Today I received a message from Amex regarding a charge for $49.00 USD. Luckily Amex sent me a msg so I could have them blocked on my card. Never again will I deal with these crooks.

Received an item I hadn't ordered nor could use anyway. Discovered a $49.00 charge on my AmX. I called the company and was informed I had "signed up" for a $49.00/mo. "membership". Horse pucky - this co. is a total scam. Got my charge deleted by AmX and my so-called membership ceased.

So I bought a set of lashes in July. I didn’t get them until September. They weren’t the right ones. Shop at Mars refused to give me a refund. Their customer Service is horrible. Their product is not what they described. Whatever you do don’t buy from this company. When I bought these, it said shop at Mars Miami. Oh, and they charge you automatically a $49 membership without your authorization.

Bought nothing but got stung for $49 in August. Had to change account details to put a stop to it!!
Amazing that such a rogue company is not being investigated by the authorities & closed down.
Banks also sit on their hands & don't act to protect customers.

When you make a purchase they also sign you up for a 'free' monthly membership.
After the first month they start billing you $49 a month.
When you ask to cancel and refund they claim that the refund has been processed but two months after they claim to have processed a refund I still have Not received it.

Same experience as everyone else regarding this company. I made a one-time purchase and then my card started getting hit for $49 per month for this membership that I never knew I was signing up for. This is very bad business and I will never order anything from them again. Stay away from this company. With only one or two exceptions, most of their products aren't worth the money and then they charge this excessive fee for unlimited free shipping. Go to Amazon, better products and free shipping for much less than $600 per year! $600 per year is NOT free shipping! It's fraud!

I bought a flip n cook on May 30 for $9.99.

For the months of June, July & August I was charged $49 / month (for a membership) that supposedly gave me free shipping for anything I ordered from them.

However, I had no idea that I signed up for an unlimited $49 charge per month. This is extremely poor marketing strategy as now I will never order anything from them again.

Call 888.614.3718 and they can only guarantee the removal of the last month of charges.
