Received my order but now being charged a subscription fee of 49.99 which I didn’t approve

This company is crooked. Product value $19.99 was ordered in June still has not arrived. They have tried to take further funds from my card three times since.

Goods not delivered, £39.91 for a membership fee???
It's a con company, I requested a refund but this has not happened yet and doubt it will.
Stay well away from this company!

1. They took FOREVER to deliver their product.. I was waiting for like 2 months or so

2. When it finally came in, it was extremely low quality, totally unusable.

3. When I asked for a refund, they finally responded weeks later, and refused, saying that I took too long to request the refund. I sent them the email the SAME DAY I got the package.

4. Then I looked at other reviews, and saw that they charge your card continuously as a “subscription” and I looked through my bank transactions and they charged me another $40, goddamn THIEVES. Now I have to get a new card tomorrow.

Seriously, you people at shopatmars can go straight to Hell.

I have been waiting for a 10 item which yet to art. Each time I call can’t get through! Worst of all I had to dispute 4 50 charges to my credit card . Don’t not order from these people it’s a scam!!’

I only gave them one star to proceed they tried to take money off my revolut 2 times but I had blocked them same as everybody else paid for goods no show they are rip off merchants stay away no matter how good the deal looks it's a scam company

Tilasin puhelin kuoret ja kotelon että saa kaulaan laittaa, ei tullut tilausvahvistuksen jälkeen yhtään viestiä. Ensin lähti 30 niistä kuorista ja nyt 3.7 yhtäkkiä lähtikin liki 50€ lisää, eli ns kuukausitilausansa, theshopondeal. Com millä nimellä ottivat toisen maksun, samanlainen kauppa sekin. Meni kortti vaihtoon ja siitäkin 10€ maksaa ja 80€ rahat hukkaan. Sairaseläkkeellä olevalle pirun iso raha.

Ordered 2 products for $20, which haven't arrived. They have tried 3 times to withdraw funds from my credit card. Luckily, my bank spotted the first one and canceled the card. That hasn't stopped them from attempting more withdrawals!

I emailed Shop at Mars about this, but they didn't respond. This company does not have any equipment or stock, and they are Chinese. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION, AS THEY ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION BY CYBERCRIME/FBI, ALONG WITH ALL THEIR OTHER SITES. They will take money without notifying you and won't provide any products.

This site is a trap to mislead you into a hidden subscription of $49USD per month through low priced item enticement.

I had a similar expérience whit Shop at Mars. They are fraudsters. DO NOT BUY ANITHING FROM THEN!
J’ai eu les mêmes problèmes que d’autres clients de cette entreprise, à savoir, un achat autour de 16$ CAD qui a été prélevé, mais pas de livraison pas de livraison, explications floues de l’entreprise. Environ 2 semaines après cet achat, une autre dépense cette fois de 68,99$ CAD est apparue sur mon compte de carte de crédit. N’ACHETEZ RIEN DE CETTE ENTREPRISE, CE SONT DES FRAUDEURS ET DES VOLEURS!

Along with everyone else I was scammed by these people. Ordered a product for £5, which hasn't come almost 2 months later, but they have tried 3 times to withdraw funds from my bank account. Luckily my bank spotted the first one and cancelled the card. That hasn't stopped them attempting more withdrawals!

I emailed Shop at Mars about this, they claim you are agreeing to a subscription by buying something from them, although this definitely isn't obvious when you make your purchase. I emailed them to cancel this "subscription" but they have continued to attempt withdrawals, 3 this month so far.

This is a scam. I bought an item for 10$, never got it. After two weeks they charged my CC again for 45$ for no reason. If you give them your CC information they will charge it multiple times. I had to block my CC in order to prevent them to charge me even more.

UPDATE:
I sent them a complaint email and they refunded me. Both, the so called "membership" as well as for the item I ordered but never received.

On the 11th of June I saw a Eco Essence sponsored add on Instagram advertising a light weight versatile shaver. I clicked on it & was taken to the Shop at Mars pages where I purchased a Mini Portable Shaver for £7.88 with a non-sterling transaction fee of £0.22. So, it was a US dollar purchase. 10 days later on the 21st of June I received an email to say my order was on its way. On the 25th of June I received an initial text then call from my bank asking if I'd authorised a payment from Shop at Mars for £38.84? I called my bank & was told they had blocked the payment however it was set up as an ongoing monthly membership subscription. My bank looked at the Shop at Mars website & saw multiple red flags including two notes at the bottom of their homepage 1. Cancel My Membership & 2. Do not sell my personal information. I followed the recommended steps & emailed the suggested email address. Initially I heard nothing until the 2nd of July when I received an update on my order & a note stating all my personal information will be deleted from their records & none will be shared with any third parties. I should add that although the purchase was made through a US website, the order was shipped from China. There was a tracking option available through the emails I'd received provided by 17TRACK. I looked this up & 17TRACK is legit & the tracking updates were actually pretty good, I could see the status of my order since the shipment info was received on the 19th of June. Anyway, my GOLD - Mini Portable Shaver was also delivered on the evening of the 2nd of July by an Evri courier. I have also received another message from my bank stating they have declined another attempted credit card transaction from Shop at Mars on the 1st of July. Something is certainly not right here. Very shady operations & if Shop at Mars are used, be very cautious of any additional card / account activity.

What a scam!! I wish I’d seen the reviews! I raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back and I had an email from my bank saying they’ve got my money back. Never again!

I ordered a shaving machine from them 2months ago which never arrived and time my surprise,I had £30 deducted from my bank account by them...massive scam

DO NOT TRUST AT ALL. Never received products & then debited unauthorised amounts against card.

This company does not have any equipment or stock and they are Chinese. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC OR DEBIT INFO AS THEY ARE BEING LOOKED AT BY CYBERCRIME/FBI, with all their other sites. They will take money without notifying you. Then email you a disclaimer that is not on their page.

SOMEONE ASKED “HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS?”

They won’t! Luckily I work in cybersecurity and went to school with a friend working for cybercrimes. They are in process of investigation. May take a few weeks, month. They will indict the owner for wire fraud and a slew of other charges. They do refund, likely they are using the money to gather interest and hold your money for 1-3 weeks and give it back thinking they can do business that way. Not here!!

COMPLETE ILLEGAL OPERATION.

I have a very similar story to the others in that I ordered a small kitchen utensil on 26th May 2024 for $9.99 and have not only not received it after several E-mails to them but they withdrew an additional $74.52 from my credit card on 13th June which I have of course disputed with the bank.
This is a scam company that has to be closed down and stopped!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OF CIRCA 45 EURO FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF SHOPPING WITH THEM. WHERE ARE THE REGULATORS?? SUCH A SCAM
