Great fresh produce an excellent variety to choose from prompt deliveries

Easy website to navigate, wide selection of goods on sale, first time using Watts Farm, but from the outset it looks good.

Delivery is due for the 9th Sep 2026, which is tomorrow and looking forward to it!

Efficient, great produce, lovely driver-brilliant !! Really pleased I’ve found them.

The products they delivered are fantastic. BUT ... docked 3 stars because the order wasn't delivered when it was supposed to be - it was a few hours late, and they didn't deliver my cheese!!!
Let's see if they deal with this as they should ...???...

Added next day: - refunded me immediately. It hasn't put me off so will be ordering again ... just without cheese.

Too many things were wrong with my first order. 1 item - gooseberries sold out. OK. That can happen. BUT:
Chanterelle mushrooms - I ordered 4 packs - none were in my delivery box - but i was charged £18 for them. Heirloom tomatoes squashed. San Marzano tomatoes = should have received 500 gr - I received only 200 gr. Very disappointing.... i dont think I will order from them again. Sadly really poor service / produce.... I rang their office after the delivery driver had left - 50 minutes later I still haven't heard back from them......she wanted to tell me, if I can still expect the mushrooms...????

Apart from the delivery time that kept changing mostly ok. Spring onion stems a bit soft. Cherries lovely!!

I love Watts Farms. Great selection of good quality fruit, veg, salad and herbs at a reasonable price. Many items that you cannot find, even in the best supermarkets. Delivery is good with a 2 hour time slot and somebody ready to take your call if you need to speak to someone. You can add plenty of other items such as eggs, butter milk and there is no plastic packaging.

I'm really impressed.I ordered boxes of spinach and kale. I'll definitely order again.

Brilliant veg and fruits

The driver forget to deliver my bread and cheese. They sent a receipt that turned out to fake. The SHOP showed the total order value with the missing items at £0.00.
The Management team need a rocket where the sun doesn’t shine!

Took delivery of our first box today, and we are so impressed! The quality of the fruit and veg is fantastic, and such good value for money. The delivery arrived on schedule. Will definitely be ordering again ☺️

First of all when make your order, 99% of their products are always available, no matter when you make your order. Then when it comes to booking in the date, time of your delivery; there is always availability on the days they show. It may not be the times you want, but there is a driver free to deliver on that day. Also, this is the second time that a happy smiling driver has arrived earlier than expected. All of the drivers are more than willing to give you a helping hand, with your unloading your groceries.

I ordered a birthday present. Having accepted my order & then received a dispatched notification with a delivery time slot confirmation.I received an e- mail cancelling the order as the item was out of stock after it should have been delivered.

Excellent quality and fresh

Ordered cheese , eggs , ham and beetroot .
The ham was lovely and tasty , lovely sweet vacuum packed baby beets .
Havnt tried cheese yet , shame the eggs weren’t farm ones . Will def use again 👌
