Elite GV9920G0 Steam Generator Iron
The purchasing part of experience was excellent, the ordering, the delivery all went good, but was a bit disappointed with the quality and built of the iron, the plastic casings do not meet together good with gaps showing in the joint near the stand, however the iron works perfect.

big disappointment and misadvertisement
Hmmm, what went wrong? Everything. For such a big company, you would expect top service, but no. I bought a Tefal OptiGrill Elite XL. For orders over £150, they promise free next-day delivery, as stated on the website. Unfortunately, it did not work out that way. First, they charged me for delivery. Then, the delivery took a week. There were also poor updates regarding the delivery. The product itself was also a disappointment. If you want to cook beef steaks, it is better to use a pan for it. Thin ones have no crust at all, and thick ones get significantly squashed in the grill. The meat does not taste that good. Sausages came out well, but they are still better cooked in a pan or on the barbecue. I would not buy this product again.

Unfortunately the steamer has lasted only three months - I want my money back please. I purchased an aerosteam back in June. The great steam output lasted a couple of months. I am in a hard water area and as per instructions I kept to tap water with a bit of distilled water as I live in a hard water area. I knew the sales talk was too good to be true.
