Amazing pillows. I use these in my airbnb where I get asked often where I get the pillows from as they have had an amazing sleep. They are always amazed when I tell them they are silent night and available in tesco

Bought a weighted blanket. Good quality, weighted with glass beads - I am sleeping well for the first time in decades. I was a little cynical when I made the purchase, but now I recommend the blanket to everyone.

Delivery to Northern Ireland is an extremely complicated and drawn-out affair. After a rocky start and ignored support requests the mattress arrived.
30 March: Order confirmed + payment taken.
6 April: Expected delivery date

Tried to make a claim on a mattress as it has dipped within 6 months considering it’s a firm mattress.
Claim was denied and warrantee voided as I keep my mattress on the floor as my 1 year old co-sleeps with us and prevents him falling off an actual bed.
Ridiculous reason to be voided.

Item never showed up and Silent Night…
Item never showed up and Silent Night never bothered to update me about my order. After I emailed Silent Night about it they ignored me and kept spamming me with emails asking how my sleep was. I had to contact them multiple times just to get a response and then was finally issued a refund weeks later. Do not buy from silent night as they send items through Evri and do not care

Comfortabe bed and delivered on time with good tracking
Delivered and assembled on time with good tracking information. Bed well made and comfortable - we went for a good firm divan bed and mattress to last with 4 drawers which cost a bit more but worth it for the quality and hopefuly longer lasting. NHS Blue light card also provide discounts sometimes

Recycling old mattress is much appreciated
Quality of mattress is exactly as described and after a few nights sleeping on it I can say it is very comfortable. Glad I decided on medium/firm and not firm as it is just right for me. Ordering online was easy and straightforward. I did follow up with a phone call and the staff were very friendly and reassuring with regard to the actual delivery.

Excellent service
Very easy online purchase and amazingly quick delivery. The recycle service, which took away a large, heavy mattress, was essential for us and went very smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to use Silentnight again.

We had a problem with our mattress and I believe quite strongly that when a company deals with your complaints it shows their true colours.
I have to say that Silentnight stepped up entirely to deal with our issue.
Their customer experience team were superb (with a particular mention to Rebecca) with excellent and prompt communication.
