ResMed device arrived as promised and it’s working perfectly.

I sent you an email last Friday about my experience. It was terrible. I thought I would get used to the AirMini, but instead, I got sick, with my sinuses continuously draining on Thursday and Friday. I stopped using the AirMini after six days of continuous use.

I felt that your company wanted to be proactive with anything that might cause an issue. Fortunately, I've had no issues but believe I would have been taken care of had there been any.

I received my AirMini in two days. The pricing was the most favorable I've seen from any online seller. I do wish there had been more explanation of the HumidX options. I ended up ordering the wrong ones the first time.
