everything got here in about a week which i loved! everything seems very good quality was sceptical at fort because of the reviews but i’m so glad i made my purchase will definitely be ordering from you guys again ♥️

These people want to charge you for everything there’s a “Special Handling Agee” which cost me $43.50 then a “Signature confirmation fee” of $5.25
Plus they want to charge me 10.50 for two other boxes because I have a home address. I’m requesting to cancel everything and I want a refund.

THEY REFUSE TO REFUN MY MONEY ON A ORDER THAT HASNT EVEN PROCESSED YET

Got my stuff super fast and exactly as described.

I have ordered plenty of professional items from other retailers and the quality of this company's dipping powder set was subpar. I was so disappointed. Additionally, they advertise free shipping until you get to the end, they want your business address; won't take personal. Okay fine, I then tried to enter the business address and it wouldn't register the address as a business. So I had to pay an additional shipping residential fee on top of an unnecessary signature fee that I couldn't decline. So shipping was NOT free.

When I tried to return the item, I get told then via email there "may be a restocking fee". There either is or isn't one. So I asked, and it was confirmed there was one. Just loosing more money. They should be upfront with the fee as that is nowhere on the "return request" page. While they responded quickly through their return page, it's ridiculous to pay a restocking fee in addition to shipping you have to pay both ways. The items already can't be used to return it so why the restocking fee.

I'm just taking a loss with this one and won't be ordering again.

Yes, we have the option of not ordering at all due to shipping fees, but it sounds like you're saying you rather lose our business.

My review did not state I had an issue with needing to have a business address. Why not update the shipping sytem you use to make it more seemless, I am not the only previous customer that has mentioned this in a review.

Yes, your restocking fee may be somewhere on the site, but it is hidden. Put it on the page where it matters, the Return Request page. Unfortunately, I cannot attach screen shots where it is not clearly stated there.

A private message would have sufficed. I never thought a company would be arguing with me via updated reviews. My tone is no where near the tone they have with me.

That is very condescending. My usage of quotations was not to mock them, but to state something exactly as it was written. I feel there is no need to respond any futher as both sides seemed to be heard. It was an opinion and a shopping experience; that was all.

I wish there was a zero star. I placed an order with this company and did the two day shipping. They contacted me to tell me they didn’t have the items in stock. I canceled the order. The lady I spoke with is the rudest person I have ever dealt with on a business level. She sent a fake confirmation number and sezzle, who I paid through, confirmed to me that the order was not canceled. They refuse to refund my money.

Do not trust any of their product reviews because they purposely only post positive reviews, that's why the products seem to be highly rated. They don't stand behind any of their products to return them, even though they say on their website that they will.

I love this place. I get all of my products from them. Their gel polish and top coat is the best I ever used on my clients.

Poor quality . And I order a uv / led lamp which does not dry the nails good enough so when I messaged them to try and return it they made it hard for me to return it and would charge me a restocking fee plus shipping which it’s not even worth me doing because I will loose more money than if I just give it away .. I wouldn’t order from Them again I will definitely stick to what I know from now on and not try to go the cheap route .. you get what you pay for right ?

I do my own nails I’m not a professional but I still know when a product is good or not I couldn’t find anything that worked well for those of us without a nail tech lisence until I came across the nail super store after doing lots of searches, I love the products, and the prices, and if you have any questions there is always someone available to help or they provide videos on the products step by step on how to use, I’m very satisfied.

Everything got delivered to me well wrapped and unharmed. And so far the products I purchased have been amazing!

I've been using a different top coat for several years and hesitated to change because of the ease of application and quick drying time. I use multiple coats of top coat to affix nail art stickers, foils and studs. I find Artisan UltraDry to be equal in ease and drying time to my old favorite and far superior in retaining its shine and resisting chips and peeling. I have a new favorite top coat!

I have never had a problem with this website. I always receive quick communication on each step of the order. I have enjoyed shopping with them and will continue to do so in the future.
