If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. First of all you could get free expedited shipping on ALL orders, so keep that in mind while reading this review. I ordered a golf bag, that was over $200, for my fiancé for his birthday. I got an email right after I purchased it confirming the order and was told I would receive another one once it was processed. I was told I would receive that email a day or two later. Four days later I received nothing. On the fifth day I received an email saying that my order was cancelled because the manufacturer couldn’t make the product, but for the inconvenience I would receive free expedited shipping on any order. I sent an email to the customer service team LAST WEEK and received nothing. Terrible customer service and very misleading! Also, the product that they couldn’t manufacturer is still online and is discounted for $199.99, so be careful!
Bought my set at Costco
Bought my set at Costco, I had a drive crack, which seems to be common, but it was replaced under warranty. Then I had an iron shaft break but I replaced it without contacting warranty because a local fittter fixed it on the cheap for me so I didn’t have any down time. Now in my third season and off warranty I had another shaft break, the fitter inspected my irons and said two more are about to break. Once he completed the irons he told me that he knows why the irons are breaking, he said the shafts were not prepped correctly and that probably all my shafts will evidently break. I sent Callaway a complaint two weeks ago and still haven’t received an email or call back.
I will never buy another Callaway product again, these clubs are breaking and would probably have already all been broken if I actually could have golfed more over the Covid years.
I called Calloway golf directly
I called Calloway golf directly, and got a specific delivery date for Apex irons. They never came. Talked to a supervisor & was told he would call me back by the end of the day to update delivery, never happened. Still don’t have the irons I paid for. Was lied to twice. Irons are great, customer service is horrible!
Experience started poorly but ended amazingly…
Experience started out poorly with a left hand instead of right hand set of irons delivered. But Sean from Callaway took care of me, upgraded my set and had them overnighted to me before my vacation. You know a good business when the make a mistake and I will be a loyal customer because of how they made it right!!
Price
The company is always going to one of the best and most reliable companies in golf and you can never go wrong with Callaway driver but the price these days is ridiculous almost £600 for a new driver which next year they will say the technology is out of date and not so i'm having to prevent myself from purchasing new clubs from Callaway as I cannot justify spending that money on a club.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. I had to canceled an order after being informed that the product would not be available in time. After to speaking to a representative to cancel the order I was told that a refund would be issued within 3 days. Instead of issuing a refund they charged me a second time. I immediately informed that I was charged twice for a canceled order. They apologized and assured me again that the refund for both would be processed. to date, more than 45 days later, I still have not received the refund. I have called, emailed and spoken to several representative who consistently state that we are working on it. Unbelievable that they can't process a refund that is their fault for charging me twice instead of canceling!

Traded in clubs 2 Dec 2022 and still haven’t received email that 1) callaway received the trade in, and 2) trade in values have not been credited to my credit card. This is not just obe trade but 5 trade ins. After contacting them they joe say trades will take 50-60 days. This is poor, no-customer service, and very inefficient. MikeD
DONT TRADE IN AND TRADE UP
Traded in and traded up for a new Rogue driver and 3 wood. Placed the order on December 9th, 2022. It is now January 14th and I am still waiting for my $1,000 trade-in credit to be applied to my credit card. It was supposed to take 10 days. When I called customer service, they said "we changed that recently to 50 days because we are backed up". I never would have made the trade if I knew I had to wait nearly 2 months for my credit. I held up my end of the bargain and Callaway is just keeping my money until they get caught up. When Callaway saw this coming why didn't they staff up or just issue the credits without having to inspect each club? This seems illegal to me. I did not agree to loan Callaway my money for 2 months.

I placed an order for a Rogue st ls driver and Apex 21 irons. $2800. Paid for expedited shipping. Everything was in stock and shipped. I was told to expect them today, as late as 9pm. I placed a call to Callaway when my tracking data didn't seem to know where my clubs were. I was told it would be looked in to and to expect a call. After 3 hours I called back to get an answering machine saying they will be closed until after the new year. They have my money and they don't seem too invested in me getting answers. I live alone and the idea of leaving easily removed valuables on my doorstep is not an option. Looks like I'm going to waste another day waiting. The driver i ordered is now cheaper then when I ordered it as well. With so many options for quality equipment available, its the treatment of customers that will keep their loyalty. Mine i being pushed to the limit

Purchased Callaway shoes from SportsDirect. After 18 months faults developed (out of warranty) so contacted Callaway who replaced the shoes with the latest version and sent 6 balls “for my trouble”.

I purchased a set of the Calloway Rogue…
I purchased a set of the Calloway Rogue irons almost 1 1/2 years ago and already have had 2 irons break right at where the shaft goes into the club face! Had 7 iron fixed September last year (2021) and now have to have 6 iron fixed (2022) these are either defective or poorly made. Both irons broke at the exact same place. I sent Calloway an email informing them of my concerns about clubs breaking and have NOT heard back from them. Upon returning the iron to Sporting goods store where purchased I was informed Calloway does not make the Rogue irons anymore! Hmm I wonder why.
In my personal opinion Calloway should replace the entire set especially since they are still under warranty until 3/2023.
Will never purchase Calloway irons again. FYI buyer beware!
CALLAWAY: Worst customer service right behind CONSUMER CELLULAR!
They have inept, uncaring customer service. They are in the top 3 worst companies I've ever dealt with in my life. Initially, they wrote to me and said that I could replace a faulty bag that injured my hand. I never talked about suing them from my hand injury or the fact that the handle came apart while I was shifting weight in the bag and caused an injury to my thumb and forefinger and drew blood from the scrape I got from their cheap screw which cut up my right hand which was protruding after the handle broke during use. I went to the emergency room over this and my sushi went bad (which I had stopped to get right before this happened). But I didn't say a word about that other than I got injured. And they asked me no questions and could not have possibly cared any less. The guy sent me a link and told me I could choose anything at the link. I did so, and was promptly told I couldn't get what I wanted because it was "too big" and mine was smaller. When I told the rep he was the one who told me I could choose anything, he had no response. I was stunned and then asked for a higher tier of customer service. He gave me a customer service phone number happy to get rid of me. Couldn't care less. I wrote to the President and he seemed to not care at all and said "we failed you". Okay. You failed me. So you admitting you failed (miserably, I might add), makes you okay and I'm left with nothing, am injured and annoyed. I also heard from their so-called "customer service manager" who said, "I heard you wanted this bag" and attached a picture to the email. Guess what? It was the wrong luggage and style. There's nothing like the top of the chain also screwing up and does it while saying how much she cares about their failure. CALLAWAY GOLF / OGIO/TS BRANDS can make a bad experience a horrendous experience and turn your aggravation and stress into MASSIVE ANXIETY and FRUSTRATION that a company is this pitifully awful. I was so depressed and angry, I wrote, "I don't even care anymore. You don't have to send me anything". So I let him off the hook. I shouldn't have done that but in that moment I could not deal with them anymore and had had it, because none of them cared about me or my injury or providing even a modicum of "professional customer service". I will never buy anything from this horrible company ever again. I'm so tired of being mistreated by terrible companies but some of them really stand out as disgracefully bad. I'm going to make it my business to tell the world on social media when they really harm me and treat me like garbage. Callaway Golf is one such company. Please don't give them any business. They don't deserve it. They're nothing short of despicable.

Bought a pair of golf shoes at sports direct one shoe cracked,returned to sports direct washington tyne and wear.honrable attitude by sports direct from manager.so decided to contact Callaway golf.they asked if I could return shoes to them.they apologised for the shoes having a problem.and replaced shoes with the latest version of shoes. Exceptional service big thank you Callaway golf will definitely use again.can only give 5 stars should be more👍👍👍👍👍

I bought my wife a pair of Callaway golf shoes. The Cleats have worn down. She could not find a key to change them and contacted Callaway. To her pleasant surprise they sent her a key and a set of cleats without charge.
However when looking at the cleats on the shoes there is no place for a key.
She contacted them with photos of her shoe bottoms.
They replied that the cleats were non - removable!
These shoes are for the winter so are useless with no grip.
Are they serious that once the cleats wear down you throw the shoes away regardless of the condition of the shoes?
Since had further correspondence. They are serious! I have never seen golf shoes you throw away - other than pimpled ones for the summer
Would Not Recommend
I would never recommend Callaway golf to anyone. It takes forever to get your order. It has been almost 3 months since I placed an order, and I’m still waiting for it. This was a birthday gift which then could have been a Father’s Day gift and then an anniversary gift, but it is still not here. Very disappointed and unhappy customer.

Unless you buy the clubs off the shop floor - don't bother.
After a Feb demo day, ordered product (driver + 2 woods). Promised for 3 March. Driver arrived mid April, 3 wood mid May and 7 wood 24 June. Absolute shambles. No -one seems to be able to make any sense of what is going on. Commitments worthless.
Callaway has no idea when order will ship
Ordered a hybrid that showed “in stock” on May 18. Followed up after my card was charged because the order was still being processed. Was then told a June 5 availability date. Followed up after that date and was told an August 1 availability date. Obviously Callaway has no idea when they can deliver. I asked for a cancellation and refund. This is great advertisement for Taylor Made!
