Carmen was excellent
Carmen was excellent! I told her about some of the issues I had with other “professionals” in the A/V business and she recommended that I stretch my budget and go for the LS11000. Then she told me it was going on sale over that weekend. So, I kept checking, like a little kid looking for Santa Claus and finally Sunday afternoon the price dropped and I snapped one up.
Wow what a great projector too! Carmen was right!

Carmen is amazing! She was able to give me several projectors to choose from that would suit our needs. There was absolutely NO pressure at all to make a purchase. The projector is exactly what we need and was delivered in a timely manner. Installation was a breeze!

Don't order from this company if you care about your refund
They didn't have the items I bought in stock. Not only they took an eternity for the refund to process, I still haven't received the money for one of of the items (a projector mount). This company is a scam. They take their money right away, but it's hell to get it back.

Hi Teresa, I'm sorry that your shopping experience with us was not a good one.
The projector that you purchased was on backorder by the manufacturer, but we were not aware of this until after your order was placed.
It looks like you decided to cancel your projector purchase a week later but the mount had already shipped. Your projector purchase should have been refunded immediately after you notified us, or at least within a couple of days.
Unfortunately we had to wait until we received the mount back before issuing the refund. It looks like the account was credited on 10/11 but if you have not received your funds back, please call us at 1-800-639-3010 and we'll have someone on the team find out what's going on.

I bought a lamp, but the one I received was broken. The Customer Service Representative that handled my case was Lauri P.. She did an outstanding job in resolving my problem. Communications over the phone and by email were exceptional. I wish that all representatives were like her.
