They sent a message to me regarding my payment method (I needed to update.). Not only was the rep extremely polite and professional, he was also quick to send me to the proper department for another issue I was having. I have been in receiving multiple calls about completing loans that I had never applied for. This rep was able to put my mind at ease that no loans were actually in process and that it was probably someone attempting to get info so they could wreck a little havoc (my words, not the rep's.). He also gave me a few preventative steps that could be taken.
At any rate, both of them were very nice and very helpful. I am extremely glad my husband and I use this service.
