I ordered a replacement rope for our Sheilamaid and was informed that it had been dispatched. I waited two weeks but it did not arrive. I contacted the company by phone. The call was handled politely and efficiently. A new one was to be dispatched; one arrived a couple of days later. Was it the first or the second? Will I receive two?!
The product seems fine but delivery (Royal Mail) was not. Perhaps the company should use a different carrier.

The website was easy to navigate and I was able to purchase the exact dowel screws needed.
Delivery was prompt, within 48 hours of order.

I’d bought some of the metalware for a clothes dryer to take out to Africa but didn’t buy the wood laths because of baggage logistics, and thinking, I’ll make them out of some nice hardwood out here. No chance. Tried 4 different woods but they all flexed too much. After flying west again I bought the proper laths from Sheilamaid, which are from a a specific pine and the difference is amazing. They also managed to ship them to me in 48hrs on request which was fantastic service.

Exactly what we needed for the utility/boiler room and it gives the vintage look we were after. We choose the ivory option as the
room is quite dark and it fits perfectly.
