Pleased with Sheliamaid once up. Excellent service, company were happy to replace snapped screw free of charge, however the quality of the screw on the pulley wheel and the screws for the hook were poor. Both screws sheared off.

Was good, as the bracket came in broken on delivery. The company immediately sent a replacement I was impressed as it came the next day .

I have been troubleshooting the issue with my Sheilamaid and the team have been amazing. I replaced the various parts and have finally got a beautifully working thing again. The team were so helpful.

We have acorridor utility /boiler room and short of floor space.the residual heat from boiler has every thing dry by morning.Never had to use our dryer. Product is not cheap but must have saved us a lot in electricity. This one we bought for our daughter. The service was brilliant. Because we are overseas cost of shipping of the long bars was prohibitive but they supplied a component kit and I bought the wooden bits locally

Very well made, elegant design, everything was in the delivery, and as a result it was fitted and in use within 1/2 hour of delivery.
