SHD Medical is a supplier of medical products including condoms, lube, disposable syringes and needles. Fast, discreet and free delivery on all orders. SHD Medical is a small Limited company based in Plymouth. We started the business back in 2013 on a part time basis and as the business and our interest in the field grew, it was quickly decided this was what we wanted to do, i.e supply quality products at the cheapest possible prices. In 2014 we became a Limited Company After studying the medical supply market, we noticed that the market was flooded with inferior quality products such as non medical grade syringes and gloves. We decided that this was what we wanted to concentrate on seeking out, and stocking the best products in each area, and working with the manufacturers to get these prices as low as possible for the customer. Our key success has been the relationships built up with customers, helping them find the right product at the right price.

Pins too small

Easy to buy, delivery fine.
But, the pins were 1ml which aren't what I need and they weren't 1ml in the image perhaps I missed it in the wording.

The main reason I purchased from and will never again SHD…

The main reason I purchased from SHD medical was because of the “discrete packaging”… it did not come in discrete packaging as stated “brown padded bag” when it actually came in a thin plastic bag. I ordered it to work luckily I was there to handle the package otherwise it would’ve cost me my job as my boss has dealt with this sort of stuff before.

Don’t ever buy off this website

Don’t ever buy off this website, totally crap, had sent me the wrong product, both Tunic and trouser were different colors, I had contacted this guy many times, at first he said he will sort it out now he saying he hasn’t had any email neither have any invoice. Don’t waste money and time on this doggy website.

We have had an issue with the supplier of these scrub suits and have been in contact with them to ensure they supply us with the same colour suits going forward as this is extremely frustrating for us.
Our packagers should have been aware to not send out the different coloured ones so apologies for this happening.
I have emailed you to try and rectify the issue

Customer service?

Order: #240312-367564-1421

I got an email saying dispatched, but nothing with tracking info. I paid for next day delivery which was £9.95. I tried calling their customer service number 7 times to get any kind of tracking information and no one ever answered the phone. My call was made after 9 am on a normal working day. I can't have these supplies left outside if I'm not in. Customer service is basically non-existent via phone.

Update 15/03/2024:
There is no customer service available on the phone. My supplies should have arrived yesterday, however they did not. I have been given no updates or information as to where my order is. AVOID this company.
