SHD Medical is a supplier of medical products including condoms, lube, disposable syringes and needles. Fast, discreet and free delivery on all orders. SHD Medical is a small Limited company based in Plymouth. We started the business back in 2013 on a part time basis and as the business and our interest in the field grew, it was quickly decided this was what we wanted to do, i.e supply quality products at the cheapest possible prices. In 2014 we became a Limited Company After studying the medical supply market, we noticed that the market was flooded with inferior quality products such as non medical grade syringes and gloves. We decided that this was what we wanted to concentrate on seeking out, and stocking the best products in each area, and working with the manufacturers to get these prices as low as possible for the customer. Our key success has been the relationships built up with customers, helping them find the right product at the right price.

Amazing service, great products so affordable
Amazing service, Vit B12 injection set is a god send, you get everythign you need for ten injections, for £4 something honestly amazing value and you don't have to go shopping around for all the different components. SHD Medical may be a scam
I ordered 100 hypodermic syringes from SHD Medical on 19/07/24 which were supposed to be delivered on 29/07/24. They never came. I made many phone calls to the company but phone was never answered. Email sent to the company was also unanswered.
I suspect this company is a scam. Prospective customers please beware!

My package didn’t arrive
My package didn’t arrive, I’ve had no refund, I’ve fell ill with health reasons as there’s no pharmacy where I am to get what I need, I’ve not had a refund, I made my order almost 2 weeks ago, this place is a joke, don’t order anyone or you’ll get robbed

We emailed you on the day your ordered as you had not put your delivery address down, only the street name and postcode you had provided. Royal Mail need a house number or name to be able to deliver.
We then emailed you a second time in response to you asking where your order was.
A full refund has been issued to you as we did not hear back. All we received from you was a threatening email and have now had to block you from messaging us further.
The transaction is complete our end as the refund has been issued to you.
To stop this happening to you in the future, you may want to check your email settings to ensure you receive emails

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service, my parcel was not delivered, despite the royal mail giving a time and date they say it was delivered on, I checked my CCTV and no delivery was made on that date and time, contacted your service people and told them this and they told me to try and find It, and chase the royal mail to see if they can find it, I did this to no avail, I now have nothing, no refund or goods, I will never use your company again.
