My Experience with Shazz Freight Forwarding was amazing. What made it so was the process from start to finish, it was delivered in a timely manner. I got excellent communication up until delivery date. Shazz&Co were flexible enough to go the extra mile to accommodate my special request as the parcel was too large to fit in a box but still the package made it promptly. Will definitely be using this service again!

After living in the UK for 12 years my family and I made the decision to move back to Zimbabwe. I decided that the best route forward would be to purchase a big truck, load all our things in this and get it shipped to Zim. Sharon helped with the shipping side of things, however I acquired the truck myself.

After paying for the truck with Vat charged by the truck company, I was reassured by them that they would return the VAT once the truck had left the UK.

Unfortunately they ghosted me and after several attempts to try and get my money back (£2000), I resorted to giving the job to Sharon.

Sharon scared the pants off of them and got my money back in a matter of 10 days.
